Lively, packed tightly with many people each time we have visited. Food was absolutely amazing! I had the BBQ ribs the 2nd time I went there and the meat fell of the bone and melted in my mouth. The blooming onion is also a highlight to be remembered. Fast service. Helpful employees.

Everything was fine except the hostess' didn't get us seated until after we went up there. (Well after the 45 minutes they said) Then they seated us where my knee scooter was in the way. We just won't go back to that Texas Roadhouse. Should have gotten the food to go.

We recently had steaks at the rochester location. Service was poor, steak was tough & no real flavorful. Couldn't catch our server to tell she-she seemed to have disappeared! I had called the location to confirm that prime rib was available & about senior discount. Both were confirmed as yes. Prime rib was available but there is no senior discount. You need to remove that from your website info. Do NOT tell me to report this to another site. That's your job.

Cut into rib to start eating then noticed this random bone on the side. Asked manager to remake..he would not. Called customer relations to offer my feedback and send these photos. Was told this is normal. I have never seen ribs plated like this. Very unsettling.

We had such a fantastic experience tonight! Our server really made the whole show happen! He was very friendly, efficient, good eye on what we needed like refills and extra things before we even had to ask. He checked in multiple times with perfect timing. My sister and I are both servers ourselves, this was an A+++ experience! The food was Amazing! and even the other staff was very friendly coming and going. I wish I would have caught our servers name.. We were in the section in a booth by the minnesota golfers rochester flag, and tattoo sleeve arm photo,Corner booth by the stairs, our server wore a cowboy hat, on April 7th around 7pm. Thankyou SO much for the great experience!! ***(Edit because I want to write another review!:) First visit April 2024^^) +Second visit February 14th 2025! Well to start, the staff were SO helpful with how the wait list situation works the day prior, and the day of were helpful and quick to get me on the list! Once me and my son arrived, we only waited for a couple minutes. (As busy as it was on valentines day) that was great!! We were seated with our server being Scotty, he was friendly, attentive, and worked to make out experience perfection! I ordered an 8ox Dallas fillet, MEDIUM, and a side of sweet potato and mac and cheese. And we also got a skewer of shrimp and fried pickles YUM!! Their berry mocktail is a HAVE TO try too!! I am always a bit nervous ordering steak out, but Scotty confirmed if it was not done to a perfect medium, they would fix it. No fixing needed!!! I wish I would have taken a picture without the onions and mushrooms on top, because when I cut into it, WOW!! :D It was made to PERFECTION!! SO DELICIOUS!!!!!:D The manager is friendly there and came to ask how the food was, clean table service, and just an all the time nice atmosphere! I definitely recommend going!:)

This Texas Roadhouse is absolutely horrible. This is why we prefer driving to Onalaska instead of eating at this location. We arrived and waited 10 minutes before the front desk attendant had taken us to our seats. It wasn't even that busy. My steak was absolutely awful and my baked potato tasted like a dirty oven. I also mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday and we were told that she would get a dessert. Well after waiting awhile we just ended up paying the bill and leaving. Unfortunately my meal wasn't taken off the bill even after the server saw that I had taken one bite nothing was done. I even tried the steak sauce but that was absolutely disgusting as well.

Great experience. Granddaughter and I had early dinner there a couple days ago. We were seated in less than 5 minutes, music was on the loud side but we were able to converse without shouting at each other. Four dinner rolls with cinnamon butter spread were served immediately. Grand loved them, I thought they were good (bread’s not my thing). We started with deep fried pickles and a Cactus Blossom. Our server Josie thoughtfully let us know that the cactus sauce is on the spicy side in case we preferred something milder. We chose the spicy sauce and loved it, a little kick without the burn. I chose a dinner salad with ranch as one of my entree sides, grand had the Caesar salad. Wow. Who knew a simple salad could be so impressive. Served in well chilled dishes, fresh crisp cold lettuce with generous amount of dressing. Grand chose a cup of chili as a side and Josie let her know it would be served with cheese and onions on top, which was fine with granddaughter. We both sampled the chili, neither of us liked it, but not because there was something wrong with it. Just not the flavor profile we’re used to, a bit on the sweet side. My prime rib was served as ordered, medium rare, and was beyond delicious. My knife floated through the meat that melted in my mouth. The horseradish was fresh and snappy as it should be. My baked potato was good, too. Grand had New York strip done to a perfect medium and she said it was amazing. We had plenty of leftover appetizers to take home. Our hotel had Roadhouse coupons they gave us so one appetizer was complimentary. One of the managers, Jack/Jake stopped by our table and was very accommodating to a beverage request we had. He and Josie were very attentive to us, and that combined with great food means we’ll be visiting a Texas Roadhouse again.
