First time in Michigan airport Outback. Came to outback to get a decent meal, or so I thought. Some African American guy points at my wife to go back out while I wasn't looking. Turns out he has to sit us but seemed to have an attitude because they had about an hour to close. An hour! He took us to our table, we looked at the menu and that's when she told me how rude he was. The lady told him we left without ordering and he just rolls his eyes. People, if you go to a place to make money, make sure you deserve it! Treat people the way you want to be treated!

Bartender, great. Cobb salad, awesome. Ranch dressing was yummy! Cheeseburger, ok. French fries, crunchy salt lick! Sam Summer, cold and delicious.

food was barely average at best, lukewarm soup and the salad was just OK. the attitude and level of customer service was abhorrent. The staff is clearly there for a paycheck and customers are just a necessary evil. At least that is what they give off with their attitudes and lack of attention or service. Being in an airport customers are somewhat of a captive audience and the staff here definitely takes advantage of that fact.

Wait was a little long, but they were very busy and seemed to be short staffed. Our waitress did an amazing job regardless of that fact. The Aussie fries were fantastic, we ordered 2 sirloins both were cooked medium rare like we asked. Cheesecake was amazing as well.

Sat down 45 min prior to my boarding time, already knowing what I planned on ordering. Sat there for 25 min before I was even acknowledged, then the lady said she’d be right with me and took another 10 minutes to come back to my table. At that point I wouldn’t have had enough time to place my food order, eat, and check out, so I left. Walked past people that were sat after me that already had their food. Disappointed to say the least.

Was given two RAW burgers. I thought it was ketchup that gave it a pink hue because we started eating our burgers in dim lighting. After the tasting a couple bites of what was absolutely raw meat I stopped immediately and stopped my family from eating anymore! I called this location immediately but the phone rang continuously without answer. Outback Steakhouse this is unacceptable. I am sick to my stomach over this!

was denied service and could not eat !!! no one was in there , he was extremely rude and said he is not allowing to go orders so then i asked can i sit down he denied me . he said they only had one server but no one was in there . but two people so then well i ask if i had someone order my food and sit down may they order it for me and he said no they have to order a drink in order to sit down. he was very dismissive and rude and i found it funny that i wasn’t able to to sit down just because i am black ethnicity but others are allowed to sit down in eat then he said that if someone sit down at the bar they had to order a drink and could not just order food . it was only 2 people in the restaurant and he denied me service saying it was only one server and the 2 people already had there food . very poor staff and service . extremely rude

Worst airport restaurant I have ever been too. Sat down. Waited 21 minutes..... went to the bar and got a drink and also asked if maybe there was confusion because everyone around me was taken care of as soon as they sat. Horrible.
