I ordered and the lady said about 15 minutes. No problem. After an hour and several people just walking in and getting there food. I seen her bagging a order. She said mine is next, is not even on the grill. So I asked for a refund, she said we don't do refunds, then the cook said I was the guy the last time. Customer service totally sucks and they don't care about your money. I will never return.. Black dollars do count!!!

Went in to get a Sam's cheesestake. Noticed the two cooks just standing there watching the game. The lady at the register wasn't paying attention to people walking in as she was playing with her phone. I placed a order was told it was going to take 20 minutes even when no one was in the store or orders on the screen. The two guys in the back disappeared when my order was rang up as he proceeded to throw my ticket on the prep table and walk back to the back of the store. They disappeared for about 5 minutes with nothing in hand to return with. He kept touching his face with his hand. Didn't wash his hands before wearing gloves. Got my food out was dry and barely any cheese onions or green peppers in it. The steak was dry. 17 dollars for a sub I don't recommend going to this location. Might have better luck at a different location. I personally will not go back.

What an experience! Our first time at Lefty’s, we were greeted immediately upon entry by the spirited Tyreese, a charismatic young man who made us feel very welcome, and put a smile on our faces. Accompanied by his coworkers, Jayla and Jalen, the trio made sure we had the most tasty burgers and freshly made fries. Highly recommend!

Best cheesesteaks in Metro Detroit. I had a cheesesteak with grilled onions, mushrooms, and banana peppers. It was awesome. I also tried corned beef egg rolls, very good too!

Fries are good. Didn't eat the food yet. I'm posting this review due to the teamwork these two guys have at 5pm Dec.7th. Thank you yall executed that perfectly 🙂 makes me miss the Kitchen Life.

The worst experience I ever had I spent almost $70 and my food was terrible. My eggrolls were burnt. My tenders were cooked so hard. My son couldn’t even eat them food was very terrible. I would never ever recommend this place to. Nobody seems like you have to go far out to get good food nowadays. then I have six drinks and they told me they didn’t have no cupholders. Food was terrible. I’m so upset. I drove so far to get this. I would never buy food from here again ever

I paid almost $16 for this by itself. The cashier was very nice and courteous, but as far as the food goes, it is SEVERELY lacking! I ordered an extra large, and there was a absolutely no distinguishable mushroom, onion or peppers in that sandwich and hardly any meat. I was better off going to Subway. Do better, because at this point; this place SUCKS!!
