Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

Wow is all I can say about Hyde Park. After wanting to try this place for years, I finally had dinner here last night. The food, atmosphere, and service was outstanding. Melissa took great care of us, she was extremely attentive and friendly, she gave the type of service you would expect for a high end establishment. Melissa was one of the better servers I’ve had over the years at restaurants, she deserves a huge raise. We will definitely be back here. Wish I would have tried this place sooner..

Our party of 6 sat immediately at our reservation time. Our waiter Mike was on his A game Saturday night. He catered to us as though we were his only table. The food appetizers, cocktails and everything we ordered was phenomenal!!! Their whiskey & tequila selections are immense. The portions were hearty and the dessert can feed 3-4 people. The manager Louise even came over to chat it up with us. It was a memorable evening. I will definitely be going back in the near future. Thanks Hyde Park.

Really phenomenal food and service. Long time classic and haven’t been in around four years, but the service and food has definitely not lowered in quality. Big fan of this place whether you wanna get a burger and fries and a Manhattan, or have a larger work or family event to celebrate with steak and find red wine. They have the best selections

So I was excited to eat here . But unfortunately disappointed . Ordered the 22 oz dry aged rib eye , med rare …came out med well. And just didn’t have the taste I was expecting. Hope they are able to correct and rectify the cooking aspect of the steak. 🥩 Also the Mac and cheese lobster seemed quite cold 🥶 when it came out, another disappointing result. When spending that much money. * Edit , after talking directly to the district manager, and discussing my concerns, I'm changing my review. Because they take service very seriously, and it meant a lot to me by calling me. Thank you again. And I'll be sure to visit soon.

We were beyond impressed and had the best experience. Aubrie made us feel so comfortable and we had many laughs and genuine conversations with her. It’s not about just having good food, it’s all about the experience and Aubrie made sure that we had the best experience possible!

Came here for Father’s Day with the misses. Valet was $10 on a Sunday but hey it’s Birmingham,MI. Decor was extremely nice. Server was nice but wasn’t giving the love. Bread i was not wowed or blown away. I had the spicy margarita and for $17 it was alright. Kept it light and got the burbon burger and it didn’t taste like anything amazing for $20 very standard with $11 basic fries a well. My lady ordered the lamb chops and was unimpressed as well. I will say the calamari was tasty and I enjoyed that too. Skipped desert because the food was underwhelming for the price. I would come back during a happy hour, but Hyde Park wouldn’t be my first or second pick unfortunately. Waited years to try this place but this is just my experience
