Overall incredible experience from the moment we walked in to when we left. The American Wagyu was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had, and the truffle mac was a perfect balance to the meal. This chef has talent. Service was on-point and atmosphere was lovely. This experience was worth every penny.

Diamond was our server on a busy Friday night during the holidays and she was fantastic. After some issues with my rewards/comps, everything was settled. She was so attentive to my husband and I. Our steaks were fantastic, my chicken/pasta was really good and I’m still dreaming about the mashed potatoes lol will definitely be back!

Food was so amazing, steak melted in your mouth and seasoned so nicely. Our server was great had plenty of wonderful recommendations. It is on the more expensive side but definitely worth it.

January 10, 2025 Manager D Prime Steakhouse MGM Grand Detroit, MI Dear D Prime, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at D Prime Steakhouse on January 10th. Despite my initial excitement to dine at your establishment, my experience was overwhelmingly disappointing due to several issues concerning both service and food quality Firstly, I am still waiting for a call back from the supervisor after leaving my number with the staff. It is disheartening that there has been no follow-up, which reflects a lack of professionalism and concern for customer feedback Additionally, the service provided by the waitstaff was far below expectations. The waiter assigned to our table was quite rude and seemed inexperienced. When I asked a question, he not only acted as if he couldn't hear me but also rolled his eyes, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe that proper training is essential for staff to provide a satisfactory dining experience, and this was certainly lacking during my visit Although I must commend the hostess, who was polite and welcoming, the overall experience was marred by the poor service and the food quality. I would rate the food a 2 out of 10. Despite the beautiful atmosphere of your restaurant, it was overshadowed by the subpar dining experience Given my connections with high-profile individuals, I had considered introducing them to your establishment. However, after this experience, I am compelled to reconsider and would not recommend your restaurant to anyone I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future patrons. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly. The scallops were also done to perfection. The multicolored carrots were delicious. Shrimp cocktail was an excellent appetizer. The entire staff, including the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Worth every penny.

They never fail to provide the best mouthwatering food and desert. All waitresses are very attentive and their dessert are a must try 🤤my absolute fav is their cold shrimp cocktail platter and chocolate cake

I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. The server was very nice and the food was delicious, but most of all the atmosphere was very sexy lol, I’ll definitely come back on a date night.

Came here and it was great. The service wasn’t the best, however the food made up for it. The Caesar salad was very fresh and also the chicken I added was super juicy. As for the the steaks, all were good and tasty, the New York was my favorite along with the burger. The sides were all good especially the Mac and cheese and creamed corn. I would definitely come back again.
