Customer Review Summary
Food quality is generally good, with standout dishes like fried lobster tails and chicken shrimp pasta. Service experiences varied widely, with multiple reviews citing extremely slow and uncoordinated service, especially for larger groups. Some diners mentioned dirty menus, long waits for drinks and food, and lukewarm meals, contributing to a disappointing dining experience. On the other hand, a few reviewers appreciated the pleasant and attentive staff, as well as the restaurant's ambiance. Overall, while food presentation and taste are praised, the service efficiency and management of the restaurant need significant improvement.

Food was pretty good. Had the fried lobster tails with mashed potatoes and spinach. Tails had to much breading so I removed some and after that it was all good.. wife had chicken, shrimp pasta with lump crab meat added and I found it to be delicious. The place was about 80 pct full and the mood was good.

Incredibly slow service. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Took them 5 minutes to get me a menu which was dirty and smeared with food, and half the menu wasn't available or had changed. I ordered right away, and it took 20 minutes to get a glass of water after ordering, and 45 minutes to get my barely-warm steak (the potatoes were WAY hotter than the meat) and watered down Old Fashioned that only filled half the glass. Nobody came by to ask how the food was. Took over 15 minutes got anyone to realize I had stopped eating my food to ask if I wanted a box for the rest of my meal... but that was also only because the server forgot the order of the table next to me and had come back to verify it with them (15 minutes after they had given her their order). Took them over 15 more minutes to bring the bill after that. Server came by asking if I was "still okay?" while I'm just sitting here starting at my boxed up food waiting to leave. Almost 5 more minutes to bring me my bill and they removed the charge for the drink that I barely touched. (They didn't even ask why I didn't drink very much of it) Total of maybe 12-15 people in the whole restaurant at any time, with 2 servers.

Not a very good experience for some of our 1st time visitors...Our service was EXTREMELY slow, true we had a larger party of 12, but still for larger parties usually the servers have help. We had to ask several times for drinks, she took one order at a time. It took forever to come out. We ordered drinks after the appetizers and had to ask for a drink menu, which we should have been offered since it was such a question about the drinks...our food came out and yes indeed atleast 5 of the 12 had cold or lukewarm food. And to top it off a couple of us ordered bowls of soup and cups of soup and they were the both the same size. When we brought it to the waitress attention, she said that those was the only size they had left, (HUH) and we didmt fimd that out until we asked. So we ordered a bowl, got a cup and were charged for a bowl. The manager did come over after we requested her to, (only to try to justify our complaints as being invalid, but later saw that we weren't jus a party of complainers, but jus ppl look for good service and food at the same time) because our issues were gettin out if hand and our waitress seemed as tho she didn't understand our issues...she back and forth about the temperature of our food. We didn't find out that she was the only server until after our issues had gotten well out of hand. We asked for our bill and sat an extremely long time waitin for our bill and carryout containers as we watched the waitress goto other tables and do several other things except bring our bill so we could leave. All in all the resturant is very elegant and clean, food is nice and presentable, but they need some work in the service department whether it be the kitchen, servers, management or all the above. The waitress never made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience bc she was gonna get her tip whether she did good or not bc gratuity was included already in the bill. That's really sad, I'll never eat at an establishment where gratuity is already included bc that limits your service in my opinion from this experience alone. We ate. We paid. Forces gratuity and were still leavin hungry, SMDH! Good night!

Not what really what I was expecting but a somewhat nice ambiance, the service was okay, did not know that it was an all-you-can-eat buffet for $24, did not have an option of a menu selection so that was somewhat disappointing plus the fact that they let us reserve a table at 2 p.m. Knowing that they stop serving the buffet at 3 p.m. So it hardly gave us any time to get out of $24 worth of brunch but it was for my daughter's 24th birthday so all in all she enjoyed herself which was the most important thing

Wings from the appetizer menu was good! The salad with the bacon and candy walnuts were ok. The bacon was actually too hard. With sensitive teeth I ended up just brushing the bacon off to the side.

Not bad a little pricey but it's what to expect for a restaurant inside of the beautiful Book Westin. I had the Twin lobster tails when were broiled to perfection. Only problem we had was the Salmon piece we were served for a entree was very small but the server told the kitchen and they sent out another piece which was pleasantly surprised.

The food was pretty decent, we had the short ribs, but the service we received from our waitress was terrible. We were rushed through picking out appetizers and dinner and she asked us to cash out not even halfway through our dinner because her shift was ending and she had been there all day. We weren’t given a different waiter once she was gone and had to flag someone down for a box so we could leave.

The service was good. The staff was very pleasant, personable & attentive. The plating of the food was enticing. The lock on women's restroom door didn't work. Someone could walk in on you. I was there with my sister for her birthday & told the waiter it was her birthday. He told her "happy birthday". Then I saw guests a few tables over that were there celebrating a birthday too. The waiter & some other staff sang the happy birthday song to her. I wondered why my sis didn't get it sang to her. The Ahi Tuna salad was good, the lamb chops were ok.
