Oue first time here and we WILL be back! Everyone was so friendly, we were greeted with a smile and seated promptly with an amazing view! Our server Jess B was very personable and took very good care of us. We shared the lobster Rangoon appetizer & it was the BEST I've ever had! My husband got the Chicken Tinga Tacos (that's fun to say huh?) he loved them, nice flavor and came with a beautifully seasoned side salad. I had the Salmon crunch salad. It was out of this world!! I went here for dinner and this was a really good experience. The atmosphere was so nice and quiet and calm with relaxing music. I almost dont want to give a good review just so that I dont attract more crowds here, but it helps I only have 2 followers lol We got the french dip burger, the truffle fries and the chicken piccata. The food was really good and flavorful. Waitress was nice. They have a parking in the back next to the boats.

Enjoyed the evening with my son. We ordered everything that our hearts desired. We had a later reservation but decided to show early which was accommodated without a problem. Had a lovely server named ABBY who took very good care of us and knew her job. Again, it was delightful. While enjoying our dinner the adjacent table upon leaving decided to ask if we were from this area? I suspect that she was trying to be nice, yet proceeded to welcome us as if we were from another planet to this area lololoololol. Just surprised Lady that's all. It did not reflect the establishment but REALLY? We just came to enjoy a meal as she did. Nonetheless, the SAIL LOFT was lovely and will return!!! Drinks were SUPERB! Great Night SAIL LOFT!!!

Amazing service here. The restaurant was really busy, but we were sat right away. Amazing views off the back patio. Two of our dishes were over cooked, but the server was on top of it and made it right. I'm assuming it was just a fluke since they were really busy. Great spot. Can't wait to go again.

Awful Experience! Went to celebrate an anniversary and ended up getting kicked out and banned. DO NOT-- waste your money here! Nice waitress sat us down and my wife faced a wall. We asked to be reseated to a 4 top table. Waitress said let me check with the hostess then returned and reseated us. Moments later, a young man came to the table and stated you cant sit here (with a king size attitude) and said you need to go back to the original table. The waitress then stated I checked with the hostess its available.. I said figure it out his retort was leave and don't come back...Real professionalism demonstrated here! I will never come back!! News alert---There are many fine restaurants on the south coast Charlie!

Went for lunch….server was terrible felt like she did not want to be there!.. had to finally go to the bar for the ice I ordered twice with her. Onion soup was very good. Greek salad was awful, dressing way too sweet and chicken was so dry. We also had the sole which was not good and overly lemony. We love the other sister restaurants!! Glad we had a gift card, because not worth the money!! Sorry!!

Orders medium burger, it was the hardest burger to chew. Meat was burned all the way through, bread had mold on it. When I told server, she said, it’s not my problem. Asked to speak with a manager, was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a refund, was told no. The biggest waste of my money ever, please spare yourself the pain of going here.
