Steak 'n Shake

I ordered drive thru during lunch. I eat here maybe 3xs a week. Good is always fresh and service is always pleasant. I have one issue, this is the third time that the lid on the cups have cut my finger. They are very durable but be careful when attempting to take the kid off the cup, it will cut you.

Okay first off you got rid of the vinegar at the tables... you made it so you have to order through a screen... you have to scan a damn QR code to get a drink I don't know who the hell in cost savings decided that these were a good options

Woulda been nice to get the cheese sauce you had no problem charging me for but never gave me. I get 30 min for lunch I ain't got time to go back in for the rest of my food. I'm pretty sure that's the whole reason I paid was to make sure my food was all there. As I am eating my fries without my cheese I bite into a stone or rock or whatever the heck it was and figure that must have been what I get instead of my $1.19 cheese sauce a rock

Way better than last time we visited that's for sure. The young lady managing today was exceptional in every way.... Food was hot, fast service, clean bathrooms non sticky floors and they even had the steak n shake seasoning packets. Thank you to all who were working today. You did a great job. This is one of our favorite locations... Or used to be until the management and crew seemed to be slacking on quality. This visit has given us new hope that this location is back on top and can once again be our favorite location.

Steak & Shake is what people think In-N-Out is. The service is a little slow and sometimes they forget things (they're humans, too), but ultimately the food is great. It's nice to be able to sit back with a strawberry shake and a bacon cheese burger while the rest of the world passes me by.

Food is ok, but the restaurant smells terrible from the bathrooms. I don't like the kiosks and the drink machine ticket system is stupid. You have to keep a little paper ticket to get your drinks and have to fill it quickly or it shuts off. The worst part by far is the bathroom smell in the whole place. I've given them a second chance at least 3 times in hopes that it was a temporary issue but it's apparently permanent. I can't go back because of the sewer smell.

I guess this is a banana shake? It tastes like cough syrup; never had them this yellow before, got to step your game up if you have “shake” in your name! Won’t waste my money here again. I’m going to Handel’s next time for same price real shake.
