Food all cooked great. Perfect flavors. Great colors and texture in the food. It was savor Fort Wayne and I always wanted to try this place. So of course I order outside of the savor menu too. All I can critique on is the clam pasta, the flavor would have be been more exciting if I didn’t have to dip it in the sauce constantly. The sauce needs to be thicker like their kale apple salad which was delicious. Their duck fat fried fries… wow they’re great, but I feel their portions is too big as I also saw other guests not finishing their order. Could help them cut cost. I wish our waitress told us the ribeye was out before she made us wait 10mins (plus 2hrs waiting for a table to open) deciding unlike the waiter next to us whom told his guest immediately it was out, but people make mistakes. Regardless I will go here again, but only for special occasions

A wonderful experience all around. Food service and atmoshere were all wonderful. You really must try the duck fat fries. They are so good. It’s a nice downtown place to enjoy a wonderful meal

Christian was absolutely the best server! He was attentive, knowledgeable and very kind. The food was of course as always, so delicious which is why we’ll always return a few times a year at the very least! Guys, don’t sleep on the deviled eggs. They’re so incredibly delicious!

We drive 2 hours round trip just to have dinner here! Definitely worth it!! Last evening was no exception, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and the hospitality of the owner was exceptional! The owner visited the table last night, and also made my wife a special drink. I ordered the pork chop, which was exceptional and my wife ordered the scallops which to her testament, were the best scallops she’s ever had. The crab and potato soup was literally lick the bowl clean wonderful. This is definitely a must visit restaurant if you are ever in the downtown area in Fort Wayne.

EAT HERE! YOU WONT REGRET IT. That’s if you don’t wanna read my long description just go! Chefs kiss. It was my first time to Tolon and it was phenomenal! Beginning with the atmosphere at night it’s beautiful with the lights. It was a bit loud with all the music, people and we were seated very close to 2 other tables. I personally didn’t mind but just a note it can be loud when busy. The service, our waiter was Scott. Scott was so kind, knowledgeable and just made the experience so much better. Since it was our first time he gave good recommendations and was very patient. The best waiter I’ve ever had, thank you Scott. Food, when I tell you I shed a tear at how good the food was…. I did. It was so amazing. The presentation and all made it perfect. The deviled eggs as an appetizer, The chicken was just full of flavor and juicy. Fresh green beans with potato wedges in the best sauce I’ve ever tasted. For dessert we had the peach cheesecake, I wish I had enough words to just tell you, you need to have it. Tolon is my new top favorite place to eat. If I could, I’d eat there everyday.

The spices and the combination of corns with bone marrow were great and light. As main, I had salmon and my husband had the organic chicken breast. I think Tolon has the best salmon at Fort Wayne right now, and I have tried a lot of salmon dishes around Fort Wayne area. The chicken dish was good too but the best items were the appetizer and the salmon. We ordered the chocolate cake as dessert. It was extremely rich and dense. Big enough to share! I ordered a hand crafted blueberry mojito mocktail too. Hands down one of the best non-alcoholic drinks I have ever had! P.S. their service and servers are amazing too!

In Town from Tampa and this was in walking distance from our Air B&B. Wow all the food was fantastic, staff was wonderful as well. Most surprising was the Pork chop, second best I have ever had and I am very critical when it comes to food. I got it medium and the sauce it was in was fantastic. We also had the ribeye, burger and brussel sprouts. The Beef was very clean and flavorful, you could tell the quality of beef. The Brussels has a wonderful flavor and I could have eaten the whole plate myself. This is upscale for Ft Wayne from what I know and it was not hard to get in on a Friday night. I definitely recommend this place. For desert we had the Strawberry pretzel cheesecake and it does not disappoint.... fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.🔥

The menu is amazing. I had the hardest time deciding. The variety on the menu is impressive. I can honestly say the mixed drinks are mixed perfectly they had some craft beers just old favorites though. The food had the complex flavors you would expect from a farm to table fine dining restaurant. I'm just so happy that Fort Wayne is finally growing!
