Red Lobster

Terrible experience tonight‼️😲 I hadn't been to Red Lobster for a long time because I had been allergic to shellfish, but recently I found out that my allergy went away!🤗 So, I was really excited about having the Lobsterfest that I saw advertised on TV recently that looks so delicious!😋 Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my meal☹️; I received 1 lobster tail that was only half there, and a very scant dallop of mashed potatoes; nothing like I saw in the ad on TV! (See photo of how my 1 1/2 Lobster Tail dinner was delivered to me‼️) My server never came back to ask if everything was okay, she only returned to ask if I wanted dessert and to drop off the bill! Another thing, I had to go into the bathroom to get a paper towel wet to wipe off the table because it had streaks smeared all over it! 😞 I did receive a good amount of broccoli and the cheese biscuits were very tasty. I don't know that I will ever return again after the experience I had tonight⁉️

Great experience at this location today! Food was delicious and server was friendly. We had the Thursday lobster and shrimp special. Their Caesar salad with real Parmesan cheese is delicious, and the other sides were great too! And of course the biscuits were amazing as always. I’m sure we’ll be back!

The appetizer we ordered, I believe it was crab dip nachos, was horrendous. I have never and would never pay that price again if I knew how mediocre it tasted. At $15, it was a dreadful excuse for an appetizer. Moving on to the unlimited shrimp, it was okay, but again, mediocrity continued to show. The shrimp came out at room temperature, and while I understand it's endless shrimp and they cook it prior and leave it out, the wait time for the shrimp was insane—10-15 minutes for a platter of shrimp is outrageous, considering you are paying for unlimited shrimp. I only had 4-5 plates of shrimp. The overall experience was just mediocre. I don't see how someone can be paying $30-40 per person, and yet the service is this horrendous. I understand there are other people, but I don't see how hard it is to bring out food in a timely manner. The food was mediocre, especially for the price point. I expect more for the price you are paying.

It has been years since we went to Red Lobster, and it felt so good going there again. Service was excellent, food was as we remembered. I meant to take pics of my entree, but I ate it beforehand because it was so good!

I went to dinner here with my family today, our server was Amethyst and she did an amazing job. She told us this was her second day on the job. Amethyst was very attentive to our party, awesome service and great food and was friendly.

Arrived at 330 pm, after lunch specials. The free cheddar bay biscuits are always tasty. We ordered tea & the crispy dragon shrimp (12 sm but tasty bites) for the appetizer. My son ordered the Salmon New Orleans plate. Said it was really tender & tasty. He was told he could get 2 sides- he chose mac & cheese (yum) and baked potato topped w lobster. I ordered the Wednesday special- Sirloin & Lobster plate (saved $10). Small portions but yum. Got one side- chose the pot w/lob top (yum). Fyi- when the wait staff says you have a side (or 2) with your dinner, you actually pay for those sides. Overall the place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was served in a timely fashion. Expect to pay $100 for 2 ppl.

Ordered a Bahama mama and beware it comes just about frozen, Tough to drink. Our waitress had some very interesting Tattoos,almost to the extreme. Had a pretty nice meal but we both commented quality and quantity not the same . Two people meal with drinks 112$ not something I probably do again.
