O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Nice restaurant, but bathrooms are not the cleanest. Service was disappointing. Only a couple of people in the restaurant but the waitress was busy talking to friends, so we waited for a while before she even came to take a drink order. Placed appetiser and she brought it out not much before dinner. Had to keep reminding her to fill our drinks. My steak was more rare than medium but outside charred. Pretzel bread with dip was good. Queso with chips good.

Ordered no onions, and got no bell peppers. For my Cajun chicken pasta! Look up vegetables people…onions and bell peppers are not the same! Line 1 told me “I don’t know” not a good attitude to have with a paying customer!

Always loved O'Charley's. The 5$ Margaritas are worth it. About two of them and you're set if a lightweight. The steaks were amazing as well as the baked potatoes. The only issue was the mac and cheese was extremely bland and had no original touch to it it just felt like tv dinner mac. Otherwise, I loved our server and food. Thank you!

Desirae my server was amazing, she was sweet and polite. She brought out food out quick and hot, she made sure we had refills and smiled while serving us. I hope when my family and I go again we have her as our server!

My spouse and I visited on the weekend before Christmas and had their prime rib special. our food was very good, and Mary served us with grace and flair. Her service, to a couple of oldsters like us truly made the meal very special for us. There was a relaxed atmosphere to the entire place even as they became busier. Oh, save room for dessert-- I loved the apple pie ala mode!

This was my first time at O'Charley's. The service was great and fast! The food was delicious. I had a sirloin and their famous Chicken Tenders, which I would highly recommend. Apparently, they also have free pie on Wednesdays. Unfortunately it was a Tuesday, but, Hey, We will be back!

Two words. Never Again. The picture speaks for itself. This how this restaurant do their online customers??? Waste of 18 dollars smdh. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just make your own at this point. I had a better salad from Zianos. And it was a small, yet well put together. How you skimp on some damn leaves with all these trees??? What toddler made this? Lord help them because Hell will freeze over before I ever order from here again.
