Logan's Roadhouse

Went for my wife's birthday and what a mistake. First off, the host that sat us was scratching his head the whole time he led us to our seat. Then we ordered our food, med. rare, it came out rare. We couldn't complain about it as the waiter never returned to the table after bringing the food. The manager did make it right by not charging for one steak, but I had to ask for him to come to the table because the only time we saw him is when he was messing with the TV. Terrible customer service

This place used not to be terrible. It has gone down over the last 1-2. Food was almost edible. Salad was frozen. Steak was just all grissle. Could hardly eat it. The french fries were the only thing I ate. Server was polite, place was just dead tho. It make sense why.

Ribs we're delicious, garlic broccoli was sooo good I could have very easily ordered two servings of just that. Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant had a really cool vibe. Tried the southern peach iced tea cocktail, very tasty but very strong. will definitely be coming back. Potato skins were also delicious.

We had a late lunch after an afternoon of shopping. The dining room was very clean. The waitress was polite and very attentive. My girlfriend's surf and turf was wonderful. However, the porterhouse I ordered was pretty gristly..

We've been going to this location for years and they've yet to disappoint! The service has always been great, and the food is fantastic! Genuinely some of the best steaks I've ever had in my life have come from Logan's Roadhouse (this location and others). Occasionally they'll undercook a steak, but I've yet to have that worsen my experience! If it is an issue, check it when they bring it out and I've never had any problems getting them to correct any issues we might have.

Reasonable prices for decent steak. I had the cheapest option on the menu, the Logan, and it was super tender and flavorful. Unlimited rolls always make my kids happy. The service was great, our server was very kind and patient and checked on us multiple times. I wish I remembered her name.
