Don Hall's Factory Restaurant

I guess things just aren't what they used to be. I ordered a Filet Mignon, cooked medium and the steak in the picture is what came out, which is clearly rare to medium rare at best. I was going to send it back but our server didn't stop by to check on us by the time my wife was half done so I gave it a try and just couldn't eat it. When she did come she asked how I had ordered it and just said, "oh I wish I had come by sooner.". Nothing else was said, I paid $42 for a steak I couldn't eat.

Firstly, I wasn’t offered free complimentary bread as they offered just a few months ago so that already made me feel ugh but then I got my old fashion that was disappointing like cheap liquors wells drink. A red OF that I’ve never had before like this. I desperately wanted to send it back but bc the waitress who made it was somewhat attentive, I didn’t but I really regret that I didn’t. She also touched everything from the money in the cash register, to the garnish cherries & lemons, to the tip of the straw. Not very sanitary. I see the potential for a new revamped version of the Factory and just by making these minor improvements it could help bring in a more diverse crowd rather than the elderly crowd that seems to be regulars. Nonetheless, I recommend the $4 sliders and the creamy corn which was excellent once you add some salt & pepper to it.

Very nice place to eat. I had the shrimp cocktail and prime rib. The shrimp was good but that Prime Rib was out of this world. It was very tender and tasty! My server, Carl, was awesome!!

Don Hall's Factory Restaurant is always a nice treat. The restaurant has an interesting history that is on the back of their menu and they offer simple and delicious options. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is dark and cozy. They do have a large party room for groups and special events. It's always a great time whenever we stop by.

We decided to go out tonight Valentine's Day to this incredible restaurant. We have never been here and decided to try something new. The prime rib here is to die for it basically melts in your mouth. The homemade sourdough bread is so good. There wasn't anything that we tried that we didn't enjoy immensely. Savannah our waitress went above and beyond to make sure that our Valentine's Day meal was excellent. She treated us so kindly and even talk to us a little bit as we are from out of town. She knew the history of the place when we asked questions and was very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. I give this place a 9.5 out of 10. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.

The Prime Rib sandwich is huge & juicy just as wonderful as the Prime Rib dinner. The wedge salad is tasty. The freshly made bread they bring out to the table is delicious. Service was excellent. Food was great.

The food and value for the money was great. The Shirmp cocktail was not the best but the price was not bad. The wedge salad was excellent and the steak was good.

This restaurant has amazing food and service. Every time I come in with the family, our waiter/waitress is friendly, and the food is delicious. The money you pay for the portions of food is worth it most definitely. I believe this is the best halls in town aside from the gas house!
