Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Great location. The food is priced very well and it was cooked very fast! There was no wait time which was nice and they even have gluten free options for those who need it. The menu is large and consists of many things. Food is fresh and the service is great! I would definitely come back to Cheddars!

This place is awesome. The waitress was the bombdiggity!! (Great waitress!!) Food was good and their tea was awesome!! I loved the crossiant they gave us.

Our server was great, a huge sweet heart. I normally go here every now n then and don’t have a problem. This time I did. The ribs which I would look forward to falling off the bone n melting into my mouth, to chewing on em for 3 minutes with one bite. The server told us that the kitchen knew they were dry. Which makes me wonder if they were stored right and really how old it they were. What got me is why send it out. Not really caring about the food quality. Most likely won’t be returning for awhile.

This was my first time coming I took my daughter and it's super kid friendly we got the queso fries we couldn't stop eating them they are to die for the flavors were dancing in my mouth my pork chops where cook perfectly the waiter was super helpful super nice super understanding and super corporative my daughter can't eat gluten so the waiter sat down across from me to show me a gluten free option menu I couldn't have asked for anything better I also get too nervous to ask for help with stuff like that because I never know how the out come will be I will definitely be going back again I've added it to my list of favorite restaurants to go to

I added to my original review listed here from a week ago. There is new comments. I recently had my gallbladder removed and cannot take a lot of fat or butter. I have eaten at this Cheddar's before. I informed the waitress that I wanted the salmon without being cooked with oil or butter. She talked to her manager. He personally came out and tried to comfort me with my dietary need. He cooked my food personally and made sure that there was no butter or oil on my salmon. Their salmon here is amazing. They are very courteous and want to assure that your food is good for you. This restaurant is an A+ in my book I have eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed my food a lot. I know this review is one week old I came into the restaurant today March 7th.and ordered the same meal that I ordered a week ago. Our server's name was Samuel he was amazing! When I asked him to make sure that the salmon didn't have a lot of butter and oil he took the initiative to tell me okay I will talk to my manager and let them know that's what you want. When the food came out and it was as i ordered it Samuel made it a point to tell me that the same manager that cooked it for me the first time made sure it was correct again. And that manager would be Dez I love this restaurant the service and the food there is amazing as well. I will continue to go over and over again.

We had an amazing waitress who was always willing to help. The food was excellent. I did have to send my steak back because it was rare not medium rare, but everything else was amazing. And you can tell it's more of a comfort place than just some fine dining. But I love that atmosphere and my kids seem to enjoy it. The dessert was amazing. The chocolate fudge Sunday was really rich but really feeling so if you're going in with a date I would recommend it splitting it.

My meat was way over seasoned and my baked potato was so cold it wouldn’t melt the butter. My wife chicken was extremely over seasoned and dry. Waited over 10 minutes for refills. This would have been okay if the place had more that 3 tablespoons so it was dead. Very disappointed, probably not going to come back for a while, if at all. This was a thumbs down experience. Update: I didn’t want to blindside the manager so I told him about the review and he blew up at me, told me he would have fixed the whole issue. He was rude, arrogant and very defensive, even though he kinda tried to help us, he didn’t understand what the issue was. I explained that him doing the job of the server, should have let him know that we was having issues, he didn’t even defend his wait staff, it was all about him! He said that cold food is going to be served later in the evening, I guess if we want warm food we need to go before supper time! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

1st time here - great experience! Food was delivered timely, hot, delicious, and didn't break the bank. Very nice atmosphere. They have amazing huge paddle fans that are gorgeous!
