Had an amazing experience at Catablu Grille! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. Our server, Kayla, was outstanding & went above and beyond! She made our experience even better with her friendly attitude and helpful recommendations on the menu. Her service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Beverages: Pomegranate, Classic Daiquiri, Blue Buffalo, Old Fashioned Blue Buffalo was better then the Old Fashion but the Old Fashion was stronger. Pomegranate was better the Classic Daiquiri. Starters: Bread, Soup- Lobster Bisque, Main Lobster Tail Bites Entrées: Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Faroe Island Salmon

Danielle was our waitress and she was wonderful. Very on top of it and had the best suggestions. I am vegetarian and my husband is not. There were great options for both of us. I got the Wyoda Salad and cheddar potato au gratin. We shared lemon feta dip and beignet for dessert. We had plenty of left overs to take home for another meal. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant!

I'm not going to lie, I was kinda disappointed. It was a very nice looking place. A little outdated. Our waitress was very nice. Even if distracted. It was as if as soon as you walk in the door, if you don't fit the certain clientele that they are wanting to serve, you're not a priority. We really want to give it a second chance. Maybe it was just a misconception. The food was a hit and a miss. My Corvina was excellent. It is hard to find good fish in Indiana. However, my husband's wagyu burger was not up to par. Overall, for the money it costs to go here, there are better places to go in Ft Wayne.

Had a dinner party here for our office staff 11-22-2022. Server (Jessica) and Bartender (?) were very friendly and took care of us promptly and efficiently. Dinner menu had great choices and the food was impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection at Medium Rare. Mixed drinks were well poured and tasty. Overall atmosphere was quiet, inviting, and cozy for either a party of two or in a group setting such as ours. Will definitely return to try other menu items and for the service!

Their staff took on a party of 30 people providing exceptional service, while serving a 4 course meal with cocktails. Jared the manager and his staff made sure our every need was met, while always being positive, quick, and courteous. The food was absolute perfection, and the execution was flawless. All of our guests kept saying this was some of the best food they had ever had, and that we did it right. From scheduling to clean up Jared made sure we were completely taken care of. I also want to point out... how many owners of restaurants take the time to set up tables before a party, well this one did. Very impressive to see the owner Mike there to make sure everything was executed perfectly. If I could give an 11 out of 10 I would. I am so glad we chose to celebrate our special day at Catablu. Big thank you to all the staff there that worked so hard to make our night so special.

We stopped by for Savor Fort Wayne. The food was fabulous. Our server was very attentive and great at his work. There were four of us and we all agreed that it was an excellent experience.

The golden beets will assault your taste buds and the whipped goat cheese will make you think you’re floating on cloud 9. The French fries le me tell you hwhat Parm, EVOO, blk pepper, thyme. Crispy, succulent, fresh goodness. I have no self control so I ate for 2. Catablu is a not a place you take your friends to impress, it’s a place that holds integrity, love, passion for local, fresh ingredients. Farm to fork? Yes.
