It was a beautiful atmosphere. Lunch special menu was simple and I like that. Everything we ordered was delicious. I started with the French onion soup. Absolutely 💯 Bang Bang shrimp was also ordered and it was nicely cooked and sauced. Loved it. Entrees..mine was the bison burger with grilled pineapple 🍍 and breaded jalapeño. Comes with a sauce but tasted so amazing w/o it. 10/10. Friend got tempura chicken tenders, mac and cheese, sis got Wagyu burger w parmesan truffle fries. We were so full but ordered carrot cake. It was huge. We sliced in 4 and each took a bite and the rest for later. My only not favorite were the shoestring fries (taste lkke frozen fries) Fresh cut thick are delicious and recommended. 9 out of 10 total.

Beautiful atmosphere. I do suggest getting reservations ahead of time if it’s a busy night. Our service was great, drinks were delicious, and our food was divine. We will definitely be going back.

From Texas , was up in Indiana for work. Had a wonderful waitress. I forgot her name but very very nice lady. Me and my girlfriend had a great time. Restaurant, food and presentation was amazing. 10 out of 10 would come again

Had a chance to visit Black canyon recently for a work event. We sat on the patio which was nice as the weather was great. I ordered the cheeseburger and added bacon and it was good since I didn't Branch out and try something unique. The cheeseburger was what you would expect and not anything out of The ordinary. We tried a few of the appetizers and I thought the egg rolls were more spicy than I expected. The Bam Bam shrimp was good and The sauce that it was cooked in was great. The reason I wanted to post a couple of pictures was because this salad that a couple of my coworkers got was incredible. It's on a bed of shredded brussel sprouts and the amount and quality of fruit in this bowl is insane!

We went here for valentines day without a reservation. I know I know we weren’t planning on it, we just happened to be in the area. Beautiful place. Food and drinks were good and so was the service. Take a look at that pork chop! And it was perfect!

It's my new favorite go-to place. Bang bang shrimp and warm cornbread with honey butter are our favorite appetizers. Provideme rib sandwich with string fries is excellent. And Brussels and berry salad is fabulous! Black Canyon has the best cheesecakes; they change every couple of weeks, and every one of them has been fantastic.

I absolutely love this place. I came in as a hangry Karen from Bryan, OH and am leaving fat and happy. Dani was an incredible server and answered every single one of our questions. She knows what she’s doing and she cares. The food is so amazing. So much flavor and beautifully presented. We will be back.

Obviously I love black canyon. It’s my family’s fav place to eat in Fort Wayne. Been eating here since 2020 BUT today at lunch we had the best waitress I’ve experienced since coming in. From the moment we sat down, Delia made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in without being intrusive Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing excellent service. If I could give her more than five stars, I would! Thank you for making our visit great. Seriously the sweetest ever!
