If negative 5 was on here I would put it. 40mins and counting no appetizers and the alcohol drinks taste like juice. How can the food take forever to come out when there’s not that many people in the restaurant. After getting our food my burger was over cooked and no pink in there like I wanted. My chicken Alfredo had no chicken just broccoli Alfredo. Just close the restaurant or get new management. This is no way to run a restaurant

Decided to order carryout since it had been a couple of years since we went for dinner. Steak was very fatty, got 4 shrimp on the bourbon street chicken, they were tiny. Spinach artichoke dip had no artichoke and was very runny. Worst Applebee's food ever. I personally had 10 buffalo wings, asked for extra buffalo sauce and Bleu cheese, they sent no buffalo sauce and gave me ranch. Definitely not happy, especially since that dinner for the 3 of us was supposed to be a treat since we don't eat out as much anymore. we will never order carryout again from there, and probably won't go for dinner in house either after that experience. On top of all that, food was 20 minutes longer to get than was told, and it was a Monday...

I called in to place an order. Called three times and the third time I said I had to change my order in order for me to get through. Once I picked up my food the marinara sauce was wasted in the container. They could’ve put it in a new container. Chips for the spinach dip looked burnt. I’m highly upset with this order.

When I went I could barely even eat any of my food it was so horrible. The chicken in the sandwich was so dry I would've been better off eating my dogs food, and the fries were so stale I took one bite of my burger, ate 4 fries, and threw my napkin on the table because I couldn't believe how horrible it was. Even the wontons my wife got were terrible. They also forgot our beer and the server appeared to be on drugs.it honestly doesn't suprise me because before I heard they microwave their food. I'm never going here ever again.

I went back in and told someone i was missing a dinner, no apology no rush to get the dinner and she evidently blew me off cause I waited another 10 minutes until someone else asked me what I needed.She went back to the kitchen and got me the missing order. The wanton tacos half of them were so burnt they couldn't be eaten, And almost empty of filling. The restaurant only had a handful of customers. This is why I don't like tipping before I get my order.

Ordered food online and had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes only to have a missing dinner and have wonton tacos that weren’t filled and overcooked shells.. absolutely awful!!

Service here is 50/50... this is my 5th time here with no issues other than left over plates left on my table for 25 minutes. My preffered beverage was not available which is fine, food was a bit bland ( chicktacos) breadstick's seem to be overcooked but were not!! I enjoy the half price apps which keep me coming back. I'm not sure why we bothered to order food from here. It was ready at it time it said it was going to be, which was good. I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving because I assumed that with them not being busy, they could do their job. We were missing food and multiple sauces with the other items. Their 4- cheese mac n'cheese does not come close to the actual menu picture. The chicken that came with it was smaller than 3 chicken nuggets. The sauce was watery. Their boneless wings were overcooked. It might be better if you eat at the restaurant, but I wouldn't count on it. I should be getting a refund on the missing item in 48 hours.
