What can I say, we enjoy this place so much we’re willing to drive six hours to eat here. We came across this place about five years ago and every time we come through Evansville IN, it’s a “must stop” place. We had the basic soup and salad. Probably the highlight was the Red Bull roll. Truly a game changer for the roll lineup. Outstanding flavor and well worth the price. For the main course we chose the Korean BBQ and Pork Bulgogi. Both meals were served with your choice of steamed or fried rice, hibachi vegetables and the Bulgogi did have some noodles with it. Both plates were phenomenal. Please stop in and enjoy yourself. The parking lot fills up quickly.

Went for lunch. Food was amazing. Surprised at the quality of sushi. Tiger roll was one of the best rolls I’ve had in a long time. The bento box lunch set was well put together and my sister ordered the udon and it was pretty good too. Staff was very attentive as well.

They were super packed so we didn’t get to sit at hibachi grill for experience. We were charged the same amount as we were sitting at the hibachi grill. Service was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean. We had warm sake (get the large for $10 and split it) The redbull deep fried sushi was the best sushi I’ve ever had. The spicy crab was flavorful and filling. - 9 The salad was good but a bit too dressed - 6 The soup was great for a cold night - 8 Steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection (medium done) Fried rice and vegetables were palatable - 8 Mai tai was a 7 Dessert was a 8 I forgot the name of it (see photos)

I got a new work strip, ordered medium rare, it looked delicious, but it was so under cooked the center was still cold, there was actual blood in the meal not just myoglobin. The rice was still hard, and all of that + some sub par sushi was 51 dollars.

The food was very good, the chef did a good job overall. The “show” was pretty light but I imagine he needed to get to other tables. The server though… he looked and acted as if he’d rather be anywhere else. That was a bit of a turnoff. But who knows, maybe his dog died or something. So overall an ok experience. Again- good was good and we were there to eat.

Good place to eat with Family and Friends. Note- they do not offer a lunch menu which is pretty disappointing- they do have a designated Kids menu. I would say average adult will be in the $25 and up range. Sushi is sub par- for whatever reason- they put very little rice on their sushi rolls. Staff is very nice and friendly. Hibachi chef cooked our food good (did not have any note worthy tricks before or during show besides typical volcano) I will give them credit on having noodles with the fried rice and adding ground beef to their fried rice to add extra flavor-

So my family has eaten here at the hibachi multiple times, and we usually love it. But we went yesterday for lunch and when we said we wanted hibachi for us and our kids, 5 year old and 1 year old, they made this awful face and told us it would be 20 minutes to be seated - just generally angry we would ask for hibachi the day after valentines day and on a weekend for lunch. No worries, we don't mind waiting but you didn't have to act put out by it when you only had 2 groups at the hibachi tables. You could have sat us and we would have ordered appetizers and sushi. It was for our 5 year old birthday lunch and she wanted the fire restaurant and sushi! So we went down the road and got treated like royalty. But definitely won't be returning, you missed an opportunity to make a little kids day.

I am incredibly disappointed in the management with this restaurant. This past weekend I had made a large reservation to celebrate a birthday. I made the reservation roughly a week before the dinner and through the restaurants website where it was confirmed and they did not communicate that the front staff effectively making the reservation useless. As a first experience with this restaurant I am incredibly dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. Telling someone they can be sat in an hour and a half after they can't be bothered to communicate with their front of house staff is infuriating.
