ok so first, and most importantly, our server Duron was a delight. He was attentive, funny and made our meal fantastic. I would highly recommend the mashed potatoes. They can be delicious when prepared properly and can also have a multitude of addition uses for the truly creative.

I visited and enjoyed it. I should have stuck with my usual by trying a different option it wasn't as nice. No complaints though it was my choice. I know going forward. I sat at the bar Sydney waited on me she was amazing and very attentive. I'll see y'all on the next trip.

We did call ahead seating and got in quickly. The hostess did an amazing job! But when we got to the table I stepped in a 4” puddle of ketchup then went to sit down on thought water was on the table only to find out it was oil or steak juice which got on my hands and coat. We sit and waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us at all. I hope they do a better job.

I mentioned this to the Manager who stated that the restaurant was under new ownership and management and they were focusing on customer service and food quality. Let me tell you they are accomplishing that! The team of servers and staff worked together to provide us with a great experience. Well done Outback of Evansville! We will be back.

Our experience was AWESOME! Our server Carlie was the best server we have had anywhere! From the moment of her cheerful greeting to the end of our meal. She was very attentive and her upbeat personality was very refreshing. You could tell she loves her job as everyone around us was very well taken care of by her. We were traveling through and advise anyone who lives close to go. Food was great and service from the whole staff was excellent! Carlie will definitely bring us back when we are in the area!

I was very disappointed with the food and service. The appetizers were burned and it was like pulling teeth ordering. It took over 20 minutes to be able to order, and they were not busy. Our entrées were seared to the point of the whole side being black! The manager was not interested in fixing anything or hearing that anything was wrong. This was a horrible dining experience.

Du Ron was the most outstanding server we have ever had. He really understands customer service. Our experience was made so much better by his attentiveness to our needs and his overall kind gracious personality.
