Drinks and food came out fast. Salmon in picture had good flavor and was served with sides at the right temperature. Service would have got a better score if my chowder came before or at the same time as my entrée. Quite a good place for a quality lunch not breaking the bank big time.

We had a really nice visit. The server was very nice and accommodating. Our family of 7 didn't seem to bother her at all. We got the Bacon burger, regular cheese burger, the club, the smokehouse burger, chicken torilla soup in a bread bowl, a jalapeño burger, and an bacon guacamole burger for dinner. There were NO complaints!! NoM is all I have to say!! The buns seemed fresh and high quality... the meat was cooked to order and didn't taste like freezer. For dessert... we had multiple Pizookies!! We got the cinnamon roll, the salted caramel, and the valentines day sweethearts one. They were all delicious-- and as proof... we were all quiet as we ate!! Lol

The overall experience was good. We were a party of 4 on a Sunday evening around 7. The waiter was absolutely fantastic except for the issues with food. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The food presentation and taste was overall good for everyone else except for the prime rib. I told the waiter I was a steak guy and he raved over the prime rib and stated I wouldn’t find a better tasting cut of meat in Evansville. I ordered it rare with the center at least room temperature. The pictures can speak for themselves. The steak was well done? It was brown all the way though, (as seen in the cut pieces in photo). It looked as it had been microwaved and was very very greasy. The broccoli had pieces that were uncooked and cold and the mashed potatoes were cold. After the food was dropped off, the waiter didn’t come back until everyone else was done eating and began taking dessert orders. He asked if I needed a box because what you see in the photo is what wasn’t eaten. I stated the 2 bites I took of the steak were not good and I was sick at my stomach possibly from the grease and the leftover food wasn’t worthy of keeping. I figured he would alert a manager but he brought the desert back and boxes. I was so sick I could only eat about 2 bites of the desert which is a shame because it looked delicious but you can’t really take ice cream to go. Would really have to be hard pressed to return after the overall experience.

Our waiter was great and our food was delicious! They have an extensive menu, so everyone should be able to find something they like. There is a huge beer selection. The atmosphere is classy with dim lighting, open concept, a high ceiling, and a revolving entry door. If you enjoy dessert, buy a pizookie! It was definitely worth the price.

The food is always great, but you know who made it even better… Alexis! Seriously we come to this BJ’s all the time and I have never had such a knowledgeable and entertaining server. She recommended us new food items and it felt like she was reading our minds. I even had a very picky friend with a slightly stank attitude, who said she’s never had such exceptional service before. Alexis took the time to welcome us in, walked my friend through the menu and we never had to ask for a refill! I honestly could go on and on about the amazing experience we had. Seriously if you come here ask for Alexis she will make your typical restaurant outing feel like you’re eating dinner with your family (the ones that you actually like). So thankful I can find good service and a great time at this BJ’s with Alexis! We will be back no doubt!

Atmosphere and service was very good. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium rare. It was cooked correctly but it has LOADS of seasoning on it. Had to scrape it off and it was still over powering. Kinda disappointing for a 32.99 steak.

Ms Lily R was a very friendly and helpful waitress. Clam chowder soup ( planning to try the bread bowl serving next time ) was very good Chicken wings were plump and moist Not very hot though They have a long list of menu to choose from. Beverages ( non- alcoholic) list is long too Shrimp Scampi pasta was very flavorful and moist Chicken sandwich was so so French fries were good Mini pizza ( Great white) was too small. Tasted ok Pizookie ( cookies with ice cream and toppings) dessert is a must try. So many choices to choose from. We liked the strawberry shortcake pizookie that we ordered. Restrooms were clean. Had toilet seat cover sheets. 👍

We came for an early supper. I got the fish and chips while my boyfriend got the sirloin and rib duo with chili and fries. My fish was pretty greasy and heavily breaded, and I ended up taking some of the breading off. My boyfriend should have seen the red flags with the steak while ordering when the waiter stayed all steaks come out medium. It came out well done and chewy, it also had a bad smoked flavor. The ribs were overdone and had a really bad bbq glaze. It tasted like rotten teriyaki. The only good food was the amazing fries. The chili was just ok. This dinner was supposed to be a celebratory dinner for my boyfriend getting a higher paying job, but we just left disappointed.
