About W Brazilian Steakhouse - steak house in Los Angeles, California
Customer Review Summary
W Brazilian Steakhouse offers a wide variety of grilled meats, with many diners praising the quality, particularly the baby beef and garlic beef. The side dishes, including the waffle cheese bread, are also well-received. However, some guests have noted that certain meats listed on the menu were not served, and the overall service can be slow during busy times with limited staff. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and while it doesn’t feature a salad bar, it does bring all side dishes to the table, which many appreciate. Prices are considered reasonable for the quality, attracting regular visitors. Located in Koreatown, the steakhouse is viewed as a good alternative to other Brazilian BBQ spots, despite some mixed opinions on the overall experience. The owner and staff are highlighted for their friendliness, contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

So
I had dinner for $44.90. The grilled meat was great (see the photo) and had no smell! The baby beef was my favorite, and all the side dishes were delicious, especially the waffle cheese bread. It’s made fresh, so you wait 5-10 minutes, but it’s worth it! I’ll definitely come back! Great service 👍 Parking is $1 for 90mins in the building (just remember to validate). P.S. No alcoholic drinks available.

Food was mid for the price, although they didnt serve all the meat listed on the menu. The ones that came out were decent. What really didn’t make this restaurant standout was the service. There were only two servers so i did understand them being overwhelmed by the number of customers but, to ask for water 8 times in a span of 1 hour is wild. If you’re able to go when there’s less people maybe you’ll get what you ask, service wise. The meat is similar to pampas grill over at grove.

May go again / price = average / service = above average / cleanliness = average / parking = metered street parking / interior = casual cafe, typical Korean restaurant Visited during lunch and spent around ~$35. I heard about W Brazilian steakhouse many times being good and one of the better spots in LA. Although they are good, I would not say that there is anything special about this place. I gave it four stars based on the quality of the food, but I rather go to some of the other Brazilian BBQ spots in the area. Possibly because of hearing that they are Korean owned, the meats may have seasoning that is similar to the Brazilian style; however, something is off and different from a traditional Brazilian BBQ. There is a good selection but different from the others, they do not have any salad bars or buffet items. They bring out all the side dishes along with the meats.

I love the high quality of the meats there with a very affordable price. The meat and food are much better than any other Brazilian BBQ restaurants in the area. I go there every week with my friends (the meat lovers). Definitely a worth of trying.

Good alternative to Fogo. W opened in 2021. If you don't mind the Koreatown location, great Brazilian steakhouse restaurant. This place only has a few meats for lunch (it is cheaper than dinner), mostly beef, pork belly, and sausage, so if those aren't your thing, might want to stick with Fogo or their competitors. I liked their beef stroganoff and corn. Salad dressing for their house salad was good, too. The quality of meats were not as overcooked and more tender than Fogo. I'd come back!

Brazilian BBQ dinner - 5 🌟 W Brazilian Steakhouse opened in December 2021. I heard about it from social media but knew I would prefer to go as a celebration dinner instead of one of my regular foodie adventures. My parents were in town and we were celebrating so we tried out W. If you haven't had a Brazilian BBQ, the style is like a buffet where your meal includes as many servings of meat and sides that you can handle. The difference with a Brazilian BBQ is they have carvers bring the meats directly to your table from the grill. They slice the BBQ tabelside and keep returning until you throw in the towel. It is a very filling and tasty meal. W is in a small space. The decor is very nice. Other Brazilian BBQs have a buffet setup for sides but W, due to their cozy settings, brings all the sides to your table and you can ask for more at any time. For the meats, there was about 7 choices the day we went. My favorite was their signature Brazilian marinated steak as well as the garlic beef. But all if was awesome and I had multiple servings of each. A really nice touch was the spiced bbq pineapple that comes around when the carvers can sense your slowing down. If you choose to dine here, be ready to eat and maybe warn your vegetarian friends.
