My first night in Santa Monica, and BOA made it unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, the staff at the entrance set a welcoming tone with their warm smiles and professionalism. They were organized and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Once seated, the service only got better our server was not only knowledgeable about the menu but genuinely enthusiastic, making excellent recommendations that were spot on. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the attention to detail was impressive. BOA was up to my expectations, from the staff at the door to the impeccable service at the table. I’ll definitely be back!

We went once in 2017 for our 2 year anniversary, and returned here on March 1st for our 10 year anniversary. I'm so proud of how far we've come from where we were and who we were back then. Steakhouse with multiple locations. Came here with my parents after watching the Cirque Du Soleil Kooza at the Santa Monica Pier. Made a reservation online in advance. We were seated in their covered, heated patio which had a nice view of the sunset. On Sundays, they have half off bottles of wine (except for the starred ones), so my dad was happy. For our starter, we got the cauliflower tempura which was nicely fried and had a generous amount of sauce. For more veggies, we also had the Table-side Caesar salad. It was literally made next to us and was an enlightening experience to see how the Caesar dressing gets made. For entrees, my parents split a Tomahawk which was tender and juicy. I wanted to be a little healthy and got the Masaman Thai Curry. There was a strong ginger taste in the sauce so be aware; it also comes with warm roti bread. We split Truffle fries for the table as well as a Sticky toffee pudding (per the recommendation of our waitress) for dessert. Service overall was on point and I really enjoyed the meal.

Very upscale restaurant. Experience was top-notch. Stakes are a fine cut and made to perfection. Ambiance is romantic. Service was top of the line, and everyone was very welcoming and attentive. I will be coming back.

Went with 2 other friends with the recommendation from a friend. We ordered a main and some sides to share. Portions were enough for the 3 of us. Service was really good and servers were attentive to our needs. Atmosphere was nice and good for conversations. Would be back again next time we are in LA.

The Brussels sprouts side dish, while crispy, leaned on the greasy side and could have been more balanced. Despite these minor critiques, the ambiance and attentive service made the evening memorable. I’d recommend Boa for the experience, but with a slight refinement to the dishes, it could easily be a 5-star spot.
