Customer Review Summary
B Grill by Boa Steakhouse offers a mix of experiences for diners. Some guests praise the delicious Burgers and crispy fries with a unique spiced ketchup, noting quick service and freshly made food. However, many reviews highlight poor service as a consistent issue, especially during busy times, leading to long waits for food and bills. Breakfast options are limited, with some dishes described as only passable. Prices are deemed high even for an airport, with several comments on the overcooked or subpar quality of meals not matching their price tags. Ambiance and seating arrangements received some positive feedback, though the lack of reliable power outlets was noted. Repeated concerns about inadequate customer service suggest that the establishment is not responsive to feedback from diners. Overall, while food quality can vary, many patrons advise seeking other options within the airport due to ongoing issues.

Really delicious burger my husband and I shared. A bit late for us to have a meal but something to eat before our flight at 11:00pm. Definitely different from regular burger. The ketchup has a bit of a spice paired well with the crispy fries. We got asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table. We asked for a table, we got attended fast and we got our food super quick. The burger and fries were hot. Freshly made.

I find myself frequently visiting this spot for breakfast before catching early morning domestic flights, primarily due to the scarcity of places where one can actually sit down and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, the options are limited, making it the default choice. In terms of the menu, it offers just the basics, with items like huevos rancheros and burritos being passable options. The service, however, is where my experience consistently falls short.

My buddy and I were traveling back from a work trip, and we stopped in to the B Grill By Boa Stealhouse for breakfast. The vibe was chill, and the food was good. The service was good, but it was swamped, so you have to be patient. LAX is a crazy airport and very busy with flights coming in and out almost 34 hours a day. Good food 😋 that k you

Visited on a Tuesday evening. This was one of two spots near gate 70-76 with good seating and somewhat decent food offering. Food is pricey, but remember this is airport restaurant. Staff: Waitress was nice and super friendly. She sat us in a quiet corner and merged two tables to accommodate our group. Facility: No outlet to charge your phone, they however offered to charge it by the waitress stand and keep an eye on it for us. We declined but that was a nice offer. The ambience was great, probably the best in that section of terminal 7. Food: My burger was ok, it’s one step above fast food but worth $26 in real world. I got chicken tenders which was really tender and nice but again it’s not worth $19 in real world.

I paid $34 for their fish and chips (see pictures) and an old fashioned which was $26. $60 for a subpar meal and a drink. Fish was over cooked as you can see in the pic and very small portions. I expect to pay a little more for a meal and drink at the airport but this was over the top. Well after reading many reviews I realized that their bad reviews have been going on for quite some time and they have not done anything to fix it. Problem is we are not reading reviews before we go to this place so they continue to get good business. Until that happens nothing will change until the reviews are having a significant impact on their business. I’ll never go back there because the message I get from the reviews I’ve read is they really don’t care about what the customer thinks. If they did gave a damn people wouldn’t constantly complain about the same issues

Food was terrible. I ordered the BREAKFAST LIGH & HEALTHY and there was legit no egg sent the first one back. Then they did a normal egg. It is basically scrambled eggs but upcharged. Also getting a bill is taking 20 minutes. Horrible. Avoid this place

Tater tots. $15, while they tasted good, there were literally 20 of them. Had a chicken wrap and a caprese chicken sandwich. Both tasted great, about $22 per. Thus is where it gets out of control. $27 dollars for an espresso martini. Made with stoli, cold brew, and bailey's. A 20oz beer was $17. The bill shows up and they automatically charged me 20% tip. No big deal, you can change it. Buy also a 20% service charge? Are you kidding me? While the food was good, the way they handles the bill was unacceptable. Through in a picture of the lights above plates. This was for: 2 drinks- martini and beer 1 app - tatter tots 2 sandwiches - 1 wrap 1 chicken $177

I ordered a BOA burger which tasted average, but it was pricey which I expected at an airport. When I was seated, a man brought me to a table with water ring spots and sneakily dropped a napkin to cover it which initially didn't really bother me. But as my time went the service worsened. My plate was oily on the bottom and this my utensils the server dropped on the table were also oily with fingerprints (which also I didn't get bothered with I initially since I didn't use the utensils) I finished eating quickly. I waited with my empty plate and cup for at least 10 minutes. I saw other people getting serviced and refills and checked on, but not me once I wanted to talk to a server, which I did try to get her attention. I actually wanted dessert but I had my plate cleared without anything being said to me as the lady sped off fast. So I sat without a plate and my empty cup at my empty table for at least 5 minutes. Then I had my small check paper dropped at the corner of my table (not in a book like everyone else I saw getting). And I waited at least another 10 minutes for my card to be collected for payment and still it was taken without a word. I can be empathetic that it is busy, but I've worked at a restaurant for eight years and a little communication would've gone a long way. I didn't mind a lot of things at first that happened since I know how it is as a server, but it all just added up that I felt like I had to leave this review. I would not recommend as the food was just average and there are so many other options at the airport I'm sure you can find better.
