About The Huntington Beach House - steak house in Huntington Beach, California
Customer Review Summary
The Huntington Beach House offers plenty of outdoor seating with a beautiful view. Food options are limited but generally decent. The location is great, with delicious food and friendly staff, although there was a lack of soap in the bathrooms. Parking fees apply, but many feel the experience is worth it. Families enjoy the food and drinks, especially earlier in the day before nightlife kicks in. The manager, Austin, received praise for his professionalism and attentiveness. Some reviews highlight it as a great spot for sunset views, though criticisms include poor food quality and service. Issues with food orders and communication were noted, with specific complaints about cold meals. Prices are considered high but are seen as justified given the beach location. The DJ's performance received mixed reviews, with some finding the music too loud and poorly mixed. However, slushies from the bar received favorable mentions for their quality, especially on hot days.

Lot of outdoor seating with a wonderful view , food options were limited but it was decent.

A few months ago, my co-workers and I stopped here for lunch before catching our flight home. The location is fantastic (I would love to return to visit the beach and walk the trail), the food was delicious, the DJ was good, and staff were nice. There was no soap at the bathrooms when I was there, so bring some sanitizer. For those from out of state, you have to pay state parking fees at the lot, but honestly it’s worth it for the food and location! I hope to visit again someday.

Love this place! The food is great and so are the drinks! I love coming early with the kids before the club starts. I never take a picture of the food because we devour it all.

Very cute local bar with a stunning view. Austin who's the manager there was above and beyond, so professional and always doing that extra step that makes you feel special. Will come back most definitely.

Great spot to watch the sunset...but that's about it. The food was horrible and the service matched the food. They take your phone # and are supposed to call when your order is ready. We never got the call, while our food sat and got cold. The bartender/server never bothered to let us know and the Hot Mess Fries chilled into a brick! There are plenty of cool beach shacks...skip this one. Overpriced.

We had to check it out as much as we drive by it. We shared the HB Hot Mess Fries... (huge portion) also shared the BBQ Bacon Burger. Both where very good kinda pricey but you're eating on the beach , so it's worth it. We'll have to go back for some of the events they have and maybe have a couple drinks 😂

Went to the airshow today… the only thing worse than the overcast sky was the worst DJ ever at this place! Super Loud techno music and amateurishly mixed. Numerous people including the manager begged her to turn it down. Bummer too, was expecting the great DJ’s from last year. Thank goodness the jets finally flew and drowned her music out!

Slushies on the backside of the bar are amazing. You can even get an extra floater on top but you really don’t need one. They were perfect on this heat sweltering weekend. I went for pina colada and it was excellent. Be sure to visit the backside of the bar to get them!
