Customer Review Summary
The Brant Kitchen and Bar boasts beautiful decor and a lovely atmosphere with indoor and patio seating. Guests rave about their delicious drinks, especially the Strawberry Basil Mule and a pomegranate honey tequila cocktail. The food received high praise, particularly the chicken wings, shortribs with pineapple risotto, pretzel board, and spicy tuna tacos. The Brant burger and French dip were also well-received, although some found the onion jam on the burger unnecessary. Service is consistently described as friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. SO impressed with The Brant. Absolutely beautiful decor, inside and outside patio seating, and seriously some of the most delicious drinks and dishes I’ve had. HIGHLY recommend the Strawberry Basil Mule, great flavor and actually fairly strong which was fantastic. We started with their take on chicken wings which was SO good - great sauces and crispiness/crunchiness. Then, we tried their brand new shortribs with pineapple risotto and I completely licked the plate clean! Ridiculously good. We got a Cobb salad to try as well and it was packed with ingredients — went really well with the meat. And do NOT come here without trying their signature butter cake! TOOOO good. Melt in your mouth and the perfect texture. We will be coming back here again to try brunch next!

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great view of the beach and pch. Food is pretty great but not the reason you come out here. Favorite thing about the meal was those thin cut crispy fries. Perfection in my book. I got the French dip and it was pretty good. Everyone there was really friendly and nice, was there on a Monday night and they had live music! Not too loud, given the size of the restaurant. They had indoor, closed patio, and bar seating

Happy hour with a great view combines delicious drinks, a relaxed vibe, and an inspiring backdrop, making it an ideal setting for unwinding after a long day or starting an evening out. Although the steak was not that great, their drinks were right on.

Outstanding service and food. We had a pretzel board appetizer, I recommend it highly. I had a fantastic drink with pomegranate juice, honey and tequila. 5 stars well deserved.

Update: I came here tonight for my anniversary dinner. The website and Google shows you guys close at 9 pm. At 7:50 pm-ish we arrived and the hostess said the restaurant was closing. I was surprised and she mentioned The Brant closes early on Sundays. She wouldn't seat us. Please update your website and hours to reflect current hours if you no longer close at 9 on Sundays. 🙏 I still love you guys. Just bummed! We would have come earlier if we knew. I'm obsessed with this place! Arguably the best restaurant with the best views, best drinks, and best food in Pacific City! Thank you so much for always delivering such a wonderful experience.

The weather was terrible when we were at the restaurant. Fortunately, the customer service by the staff and the bar's atmosphere created a fun happy hour.

There are many dining options at Pacific City, but the Brant is one of the best. Located on the second floor, facing the ocean, it offers great atmosphere, accommodating service and delicious food. Kids menu, outside seating on veranda snd full bar. Prime Rib Dip is must try. Brant burger is also good choice. Cali squeeze was interesting choice for draft beer. Don’t forget to try their sweet offerings.

Loved the views from the restaurant and it is located in such a cute outdoor shopping center. The spicy tuna tacos were so bomb! I wished I had ordered more. Sad that only 3 came in an order. The Brant burger was good, except I could've done it without the onion jam. That wasn't my jam at all. The burger was still good though. And it came with shoe string fries. Those were nice and crisp. This was my first time here and I'd say I'd go back for those tacos!
