Delicious food, clean and well kept atmosphere. As a couple, we shared two of the appetizers and were plenty full. Our other guests’ meals were well proportioned. Service was a little bit slow for it not being super busy, but the flavor made up for it. Avocado egg rolls are awesome! We also got the Oreo cheesecake to go and it was heaven! Would recommend!

Cody served. We got old fashioned burger and it was “good”. We also got the chicken bellagio and it was “superb”. I got the shepherds pie and it was scrumdidlyumptious. Only downside was that it was a little dark inside.

I went here with my friend after a dance competition and the food was very good! Of course the cheesecake was amazing too and the service was great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat a lot in one sitting or if you’re really hungry like us cuz all of the entrées were above 1000 calories.

Me and my Fiancé had the best time and experience. We had the best and Knowledgeable server. RONI H was the best server Extremely helpful. Nice polite and we did not feel rushed to get out of there. The food was delicious, she had lots of Suggestions best server in the place. She needs a raise.

This review is for the Huntington Beach location of The Cheesesteak Factory, located in the Bella Terra shopping center. It's not meant to be a review of the entire chain. I remember eating at this place when it opened a couple of decades ago. Back then, my impression was rather favorable. Lots of things have changed since... I read some of the reviews, and I noticed that many used the word inconsistency, either referred to the food or the service. I must say that it's exactly my feeling about this restaurant in 2024. First of all, I must say that our server provided excellent service and even allowed me to "customize" my flatbread (for an additional charge, as expected). Unfortunately, it took forever for the food to arrive (not the server's fault, I'm guessing). We had the aforementioned flatbread and the Tuscan chicken. The flatbread was reasonably crispy, and the texture was pleasant. Unfortunately, the taste was bland, as if not the best ingredients were used. The Tuscan Chicken was a total disaster. Whoever cooked it put waaaaay too much vinegar. I don't know if it was deliberate to cover the bland food or if it was an accident. The result was barely edible. I agree with other reviewers that the ambiance of this place is nice (what attracted me in the first place) and that the prices are generally moderate. I can also add that the cheesecakes are not bad, though not as good as what you can get from some mom&pop pastry shops I know.

It's a cheesecake factory that comes here every time I come to United State. This branch was great not too much to wait. The food is delicious, and the decoration is wonderful. The amount of food is so big that it's hard to eat everything if you order one menu per person. Personally, I like meatball spaghetti because it has a classic taste. The tropical smoothie was also very delicious.

I never review but I had a problem with my food and the manager fixed it remade my plate and even gave me a complimentary piece of cheesecake! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS in 2025! I don’t know his name or my waitresses name but this location is AWESOME!!! 5 STARS! I visited March 9, 2025
