Omaha Steaks

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 8th. On December 17th UPS showed that the package had not been received, only a label had been created. I have call 3 times now, and have received the following excuses: I'm not sure what happened, there's a note that says it's running late should arrive on the 17th (the day I called) no joy, it hadn't been delivered. Customer Service states, I'll make a note of it on my "special" note pad and if I get an update I'll email you. Nothing was emailed. Called back again. Confirmed that the package didn't go out, and that they would resend but it wouldn't make it until after Christmas. After asking for compensation for their mistake, they hung up on me. Called back again. Talked to Victoria. Who was very nice and said she would make a claim and it would be resent and arrive by the 21st. 24hours later, I have not received an updated email on the order and nothing has been updated. Order number #D8669691ZTNH. I'd place photos of what happened, but I can't seem to figure out how to load them. I've got them saved on my desktop, but no joy.... Ordered the $89.99 special I saw advertised on tv through the website. When I saw the tv advertisement again I noticed it was different from what I ordered. When I called I was told my order had shipped and that advertised item needed to be ordered by phone. I was offered a $25.00 gift card which I rejected because this was to be a gift. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed even though I was left disappointed. Be careful when ordering online.

Received the filet package as a Christmas gift last year, and I was so disappointed! While defrosting the wrapped filet, the bacon came off, and to my horror the filet was little pieces, and the bacon was holding it all together! What a cheap outfit. Also the burgers had so much fat in them, we couldn't eat them. Though the apple dessert was delicious. I didn't have the heart to complain to my gift giver

Both my orders were so good. The quality and taste of the hamburger meat was so delicious. The little bery and apple parts were spectacular and order delivery was fast and as promised. Thanks Onaha Steaks for making my holiday season enjoyable.

My wife ordered a particular package for my birthday, that included pork chops and hamburgers. They shipped me a different one that didn't have the afore mentioned items. When we contacted them, the best they could do was a token gift card that wouldn't cover the items we wanted. I think this likely is the of the trail for us and Omaha Steaks. Wish they believed in customer satisfaction as much as they do profits.

I have gotten their honey spicy cheesy bites and also their cherry tarts pies and it was amazing! Shout out to the staff for helping me. Deric, Jess, and Jenna were awesome at helping me and giving me recommendations.

I came in with so many questions and Deric was able to help and answer everything. I had the salmon yesterday from what he recommended. I can’t wait to come back and get more of the marinade salmon. It was 10/10.

This place is awesome, we drove from Riverside California to Huntington Beach California to purchase some other packages, it was well worth the trip. All of the employees at the store were awesome they were very friendly and very helpful and they had great deals, shop local, buy local, spend local.
