Mastro's Ocean Club

We enjoyed an amazing group dinner in a private room. We hade a sunset view. The maitre d and his team did an incredible job attending to all needs from seating to drinks and food. The cocktails with the dry ice “smoke” were a good touch. I had the incredible and completely edible 22 oz ribeye medium temperature. My wife had the rack of lamb. We had shared sides including mushrooms, broccoli, garlic mash, and Gorgonzola Mac cheese. Lots of left overs. The wine pairing was perfect. We also had the perfect house warm butter cake dessert. Can’t wait to do repeat!

We had a great experience here! Our server was attentive and kind, the drinks were timely and extremely tasty, and the food did not disappoint. As an added bonus, there was an excellent musician on site. Win, win. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience. Friendly staff..beautiful atmosphere. Got the porterhouse steak..so delicious. Good flavor. Truffle mushrooms delicious. Creamy spinach was good too. Got the watermelon fiesta drink...real spicy amd strong. Ended it with pecan butter cake..also delicious

This location will always be our go to for a special occasion dinner. This time it was for a retirement dinner. I’ve been here a few times and usually try to time our reservations (make one) around sunset. It’s beautiful being in the area for it. From the beautiful venue, atmosphere and excellent food, everything is carefully thought-out. You may even spot a celebrity dining every now and then Everything is priced as you would expect for a meal like this. Personal favorite is the bone in ribeye, just enough fat and flavor. Cooked perfectly to our liking. Seared tuna was delicious, we ate everything on the plate. Don’t think of this place as just a steakhouse as their seafoods are delicious as well. They’ve changed their menu over the years, some in good ways, some not so much. One thing is their new roasted clean esquites just isn’t as good as their previous cream corn. We always tend to order a lot when we come here as you see from our pictures. Dessert butter cake was buttery and flavorful. Service is excellent from all staff members. One negative I will say about this particular visit was the lack of support for dietary restrictions. One of our party members is on a low sodium/salt for a health issue. Our server, while knowledgeable, seems to basically shrug off our request to lower the salt content in the dishes saying “it’s not too salty, you’ll be fine.” Instead of at least seeing what he can, it just rubbed us the wrong way. While the rest of the service was excellent, that response was well noted in our dinner.

Enjoy plates not picked up till I had to ask. They claim to have a dress code but there's a group of hoodies here. Nothing against it but at least be honest on your site. But for the great food, don't think it's worth it. Won't be back.

The atmosphere was fantastic, with live music creating a great vibe. The place was packed, and our waiter, Mark, was excellent—hands down the best service we've had at any restaurant in years. A really cool detail: he had the menu printed with my wife's name and "Happy Birthday" on it. He was incredibly professional and friendly, and at the end of our meal, he surprised us with a cake that also had her name on it, a candle, and "Happy Birthday" written on it—free of charge.... The food was outstanding—I had the best Ribeye I've had in years. And the best service from anywhere for a very long time. Overall, an easy 12/10 experience, and we can't wait to go back to Mastro's again soon. HIGHLY recommend!

It is still the ultimate special occasion restaurant. If you’re looking for the best way to spend a birthday, or other special day, they know what they’re doing and everything is about perfect… from the food to the service to the atmosphere. It’s all excellent and tough to beat. Although they have a great location, you don’t go here for the oceanview or the regular dining room. Sitting in the bar area, especially at a high-top booth is the best way to experience this special fun spot. The always great live music and bar action make this place what it is.
