Duke's Huntington Beach

We enjoyed our experience at Dukes. Tatum was our polite and friendly waitress. We ordered the POG slushy with rum and Bloody Mary with pepper Vodka. Both were excellent. I ordered fish and chips, they were perfection. Hubby ordered black bean nachos and added chicken. It was a lot of food! We finished the meal with key lime pie, which was amazing. We would certainly dine here again!

A wonderful meal! I had one of Dukes favorites, the Mac Nut & Herb Crusted Fish and added a lobster tail. I didn't love the rice, it was more herby, less salty/flavorful than I would have liked. The veggies and fish were great! My husband had obe of their specials, salt crusted strip with added scallops. He really enjoyed it! We went wuth the calamari appetizer and ut was actually the best we've had.

I had an excellent time visiting this past weekend. I sat at the bar and was treated very well by the bartender Carlie. The drinks were tasty the food was delicious the patrons next to me were awesome. Everyone including the employees seemed to be having a good time. It was all around an awesome vibe. I definitely highly recommend and I will be back.

$ Great location right off the pier. Got a seat with an ocean view, perfect. Sat down at 11:45am on a Sunday (make/made reservations). The waiter didn't take too long getting g our order. We took about 5mins to peruse the menu, I already knew what I wanted. Ordered and waited about 15mins for our food to arrive. Our drinks got to our table about 5 mins after we ordered them. I got eggs benedict my fiance' got steak n eggs. We also ordered a side of pancakes to nibble (we ate almost half of the stack). Overall, the foods were on-point. Steak was a little tough (temperature was medium) but good. 4 stars is accurate. Bobby, our waiter, was also on-point.

She answered our questions about the menu, made sure we got all of our food quickly, and gave us our free dessert for my birthday. We definitely loved having her as our waitress and will be coming back!

The best flavor with the right amount of heat. The tortilla chips were fresh and warm, and the salsa and guacamole are the best I've ever had. Wonderful hospitality, genuine service, and fun atmosphere.

Fantastic beach lunch spot! Sometimes you go to a beach front diner and you’re captivated by the location and the food is mediocre…this is not the case with Dukes! The staff were absolutely amazing and had prompt service. Drake our server was a phenomenal server and made sure our drinks stayed full and gave great recommendations (Crab Wontons and Dukes Mai Tai). The food was delicious, and properly portioned for a lunch. The Huli Huli Chicken was absolutely grilled to perfection and was delicious. The fish tacos were also fantastic and seemed very fresh. The Crab Wontons were a great appetizer but just realize they will be fresh out the fryer when they hit the table 😂 as my daughter found out. If you like a strong tasty rum cocktail, highly suggest Dukes Mai Tai. All the food came to table quickly and were well presented as you can see in the photo. My wife had the salad and she’s rarely impressed by salads but she has several dietary restrictions and she was completely blown away with the Mango BBQ Chicken salad. If you’re in Huntington for a day, couldn’t give a higher recommendation for Dukes, and it comes with a beautiful view of beach. Will return if we travel back to Huntington Beach.

Didn't get a chance to snap pics of my family's meals but they ordered halibut, a burger, and the fish steamed in banana leaves. They all raved about their dishes. I ordered the ribs & chicken plate as pictured. Macaroni salad was good, the ribs were great, but the chicken was a little dry. Overall, it's a great place to try at least once with great views.
