Sadly it has gone really downhill, when we showed our Saki with some sort of debri in it she said, it’s okay it’s just dust, WTH, manager treated our server like garbage, it was sad, we encouraged him to fine new employment and her behavior is actually illegal here, this is USA not Japan. Sushi chef did a good job, our endamami had no salt and were told the chef was from Greece, uh okay? Go somewhere else, trust me, my husband has food poisoning too now, we ate there last night, ughhh I gave service 3 stars because our server was young and polite otherwise, a 1

Our Greek teppanyaki chef went out of his way to try to make my birthday special. It was a fun place, but a little loud if you want to have conversations.

We had a party of 5, we were there to celebrate a special occasion and thought we'd top it off with a great meal at Daimons... We sat at the tapan grill.. It was very dingy and dark inside, seemed dirty. Had a bad odor of old oil. The bathrooms were dirty. The chef burned our rice, noodles and vegetables... over cooked the shrimp and my New York steak was chewy... I can't think of a worse way to end what was supposed to be a great day, spent with family and friends... We were all so disappointed in this food. We were offered a five dollar discount on our 45 dollar plus meals... This place used to be so great, but NOT anymore... They just raised all their prices and said we could use the QR code to figure out the new prices while the old prices were still on the menu. They raised everything five dollars, which is fine if your food quality matches the price. Something that was supposed to be so fun and a great way to end the evening, turned out to be a horrible experience. They definitely need help in a clean up project and if your going to change your prices, have the new prices printed on the menu. . Don't give an old menu and then tell customers to look up the new prices!!!!! Please clean your restaurant!!!

Have visted here the last 4 years. The food is always good. However, it's not the cleanest place. The servers are over worked because management is obviously trying to save money. The sushi chef is mean to the staff but is talented when it comes to preparing food. Still not a fan of bullying the staff. They give out free shots around tip time. Music is horrendous, with proper management it could be a stand out in the over saturated sushi restaurant business in this area. Also for the 1st time I ended there on "Endless all you can eat sushi night" Don't waste your time, the chef will make you sit there all night in between modest orders. My guess is so you will order more drinks.

What a hidden gem. Although we were waiting in bar area for our table we had reservations for, it was well worth the wait. very entertaining. extremely LOUD inside. drinks were strong and food was great. chef was very generous with birthday shots. our server was on point. it was about 300 bucks for 6 of us.

Cool little hole in the wall in Sunset beach. Sushi was bomb, and I do love a good hole in the wall. I recommend giving it a try. Grab the "bad hair day" roll and enjoy!

We were here from 7:45 pm until 11:30pm. Poor management! After waiting a 1 hour and 10 minutes I was wondering if we were going to eat. Plus, we had reservations at 8:30 pm. Save your time and money and don't go here. The food was good and Chef was fun. However, Customer Service is not an important principal here. People don't want to hear what you can't or won't do for them. Don't offer a free shot when I can't even get a soda due to lack of service, plus I wasn't drinking alcohol. It took almost 2.5 hours to get a table. I don't want to watch immature people argue or have drama and that's what we got sat across. They refilled my drink and handed it to someone else. Gross! Infectious diseases are something you can get from poor handling of items. Don't eat here!

We have been coming to this place for awhile and we liked it, even if there were a few funny things. Now however, they have changed happy hour and raised their prices. The fried rice used to come with dinner but now it costs an additional $3.50. They give you pasta with grated parmesean cheese thats not even Japanese. Our cook decided to give us a lecture on politics after our meal when it was supposed to be a romantic date. The other food they give you is ok but I would look for another teppanyaki place for that special night with your loved one.
