When you want a great steak. And everything that comes with it. And a bag of Peanuts. Great food, service, and atmosphere. I've had steaks cooked incorrectly at other place more than a few times, but here they almost always get it right. I say almost always because the last time, they totally undercooked it. I just took it home and it cooked more when I reheated it the next day. But hey, every place has an off day, and deserves a pass. I still highly recommend this place.

It was a wait due to it being a long weekend, best to book online. Excellent staff. I'm not a big meat eater, but when I do eat meat, it has to be good. My steak and chicken were 10 out of 10

The food was outstanding!! We ordered the rack of ribs. They practically fell off the bone. The bread is hot and tasty. A bl²ooming onion was the appetizer The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Update on the online order. I just received a email and they credited my acct. we will be back to eat again. We ordered pick up last night for my husbands birthday. All of the potatoes were overly covered with salt. None of us could eat them and mine was black on the inside. I sent a note to them to contact me but haven’t heard back. My steak tasted awful and mush. So weird because we love this place and eat in and take out.

Visiting this Texas Roadhouse location is a hit or a miss. If you come at obscure hours when it is not busy, you will more than likely be treated to excellent customer service and delectable food cooked the way you want. Now, if you come during their peak business hours, be ready to be told the wait is only thirty minutes but wait an hour and a half. Great! Now you’re seated after 3X the wait originally wait you were told. Server takes another 20-30 minutes to get to your table to begin orders. After you order your food, wait another hour with a very loud ambiance. Look at that! Your food arrived. Uh oh, it’s missing multiple sides and sauces described on the menu. UH OH your steak is uncooked when you asked for medium well! Time to talk to the server so they can take the steak back to cook for longer. Now you paid full price for mediocre service, wait times, and food. All in all, I would highly recommend against coming during any busy hours. Regular hours when it is not busy is great.

Drinks, tea, sampler appetizer, and chicken/steak dinner. They still sing for birthdays as well. Clean, good, fun atmosphere. Gilbert, AZ location. Sorry, I forgot to take photos. Happy foodie.

Probably the saltiest food I have ever had in my life. The chicken was literally nothing but salt as well as the fries, to the point they were almost inedible. Also the potatoskins were 90% cheese and 10% potato and the "bones wings" were a joke and cold. I will give them points for a good cook on the burger and the fried pickles were good. But the bill was almost $70 for 2 adults and a kid and the food was pretty awful. The service was great so nothing at all bad about the people there. Update: I did speak with Texas Roadhouse and they were very responsive, they informed me that you are able to request less seasoning and salt on your food, which think is great to know. I'll look forward to giving them another try and see if we provide an updated rating.

The food was delicious. Started off with the rattle snake bites as an appetizer. Had the sirloin steak and barbecue chicken - I would also recommend the chicken fried chicken. The country fried steak is delicious as well. The sides has mashed potatoes, chili, and mac and cheese. The chili and mac pairs well for leftovers the next day 👍 also the rattle snake bites and chili together is bomb!
