We were pleasantly surprised by the kids’ meals. The portion sizes were generous, and the cute bear-shaped orange garnish was such a thoughtful touch. For just $8, it’s truly a great value—highly recommended for families! From the happy hour menu, we tried the Macadamia Popcorn Chicken. While it had a nice presentation, we found it a bit over-fried and dry, and the dipping sauce was heavier than expected. The Sushi Roll was decent but didn’t particularly stand out. On the other hand, the Chicken & Shrimp Lettuce Wraps were flavorful and enjoyable. The highlight of the evening was definitely the Kona Sliders—the freshly seared meat and perfectly warmed buns made them absolutely delicious! The overall environment was clean and inviting, though the lighting was a bit dim for our preference. The restrooms were spotless and comfortable, which we appreciated.

I recently visited Kona Grill in Gilbert and had a great experience! I started with the calamari and tried a few happy hour bites like the satay chicken and sliders. Everything was delicious, especially the sliders—the beef was so flavorful. While the regular menu items are a bit on the pricier side, the happy hour deals are very reasonable. The cozy ambiance makes it a great spot to hang out with friends or loved ones. The drinks were also amazing! Highly recommend checking this place out.

So I would say the place is definitely a higher end version of a typical Hawaiian restaurant. It’s that Hawaiian fusion style, which does include sushi and now they have a brunch which includes things like breakfast burritos, and pancakes to cater for weekends. I would say the quality of the meats are very high end. The staff and service match the quality of the food, my favorite thing might actually be that butter cake .. that thing is amazing. I loved their loco moco and the drinks are outstanding too!

Oh my gosh! What an amazing experience from great music and over all atmosphere for a fun night with friends and family to our amazing waitress Yazzi and the excellent food. Yazzie made sure to take care of every need as soon as she could and kept us up to date on any kitchen changes that may affect our night (if any arose). Over all, 5 star night in a 5 star restaurant!

I can't speak for the dining area in this place, but the bar is great. Specifically, Nikki, the bartender, is great. I keep coming back because she's got a warm personality and encourages socializing at the bar. The bar fills up pretty quickly on her nights, and there's a ton of regulars I've come look forward to hanging out with. It really is an event when she's working. Of course, it doesn't hurt that all of her drinks are on point, and her recommendations don't miss, either. If you're looking for prompt service with a smile and an all-around good time, you can't go wrong with happy hour on her nights. Surely, nothing is perfect, though, right? Well, as all the other reviews have mentioned, the prices are pretty outrageous for some of the things. If corporate actually reads this... 16 dollars is too much for edamame, no matter how bad inflation is. I only pay those prices because Nikki cultivates an experience at the bar that I just can't seem to find elsewhere. It'll be a dark day for the business if she ever leaves.

We had sushi, and they tasted like from Safeway and not fresh. The chicken sandwich tasted like Wendy's. All of it is overpriced for bad quality of food.

I visited for the first time on Christmas, and Velia made our dining experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My kids absolutely loved her, and her warm, caring approach made the meal even more special. We’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend the holiday expression martini.
