Customer Review Summary
Logan's Roadhouse serves excellent prime rib described as juicy and flavorful, complemented by fresh au jus and horseradish sauce. Mashed potatoes with skin and well-seasoned broccoli received positive feedback, but the rolls were deemed gummy. Service experiences are inconsistent; while some customers enjoy attentive staff, others report untrained servers and long waits for food. Multiple reviewers noted issues with steak cooking temperatures and slow service, particularly regarding drink refills. One patron praised a Wednesday special for a tender Sirloin steak and sides, while others expressed dissatisfaction with beer selection and portion sizes relative to price. Overall, the quality of food varies, and despite some negative experiences, some diners found their meals enjoyable, highlighting a few standout servers.

So let’s start out with positive. This prime rib that you guys are serving here is one of the best Ive had. It was so juicy and cooked to temperature! I asked for extra seasoning and I could tell that it was on there. It’s served with fresh Au jus and creamy horseradish sauce. The combination of these sauces with the prime rib just really impressed me. I always love the mashed potatoes. They’re always delicious and have real pieces of potato skins in it which I always love. The broccoli was seasoned quite well Which pleasantly surprised me. The only negative is I ordered this online for a scheduled pick up and still ended up having to wait an additional 20 minutes in the restaurant. I understand that they were getting a large catering order out, but I just felt like I was completely forgotten about. It’s always uncomfortable to just sit at the front of the restaurant while everyone is coming and leaving and you’re just sitting there waiting on your food. No one really checked on me. I had to go up to the host and ask what was going on. Also, the rolls were not as good as I’ve had at other locations. I think maybe they need to cook them a little bit longer. They were kind of gummy. However, all in all the taste of the prime rib alone gets a five star review hurry up and get it before the end of the month because it’s seasonal!

We come here often, and it is kinda like a hit or miss thing. The reason we don't come here more is because one time the food is excellent, the servers are way less than willing to do their jobs, the next time it will be the opposite! The turnover of employees is very high, and the costs of dining at a steak house is way too much to have to deal with bad servers and untrained cooks! I will not say all their servers and cooks are untrained, but, youn Know what they say, " if the shoe fits" nuff said..

Ordered a rare steak and it took half and hour to come out. Came out medium and we weren’t asked about refills until we were leaving. Never again. 50 bucks wasted.

Had a great Logan Sirloin. Beats the heck out of Outback's steaks. They do need to improve on stocking their Draft Beer...2 out of 5 taps were out. Wine is only available in a can! Service was very friendly...Thx Madison.

We were skeptical to dine here, after reading a few of these reviews. But glad we took the chance. All-around good experience. Our server (Lexy I think) was fantastic. She was totally on top of everything, and super sweet. Steaks were cooked perfectly also. We’d hit it again.

I have tried this Logans twice now and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope...this experience was even worse. Ordered my steak medium rare and it was not even remotely close. Came out medium well and tasted more like hamburger meat. As close as this place is to Birmingham you'd think they'd have a decent beer selection, another nope there. But most of all this was the, by far, laziest service I have received in years. Never did get my glass refilled.

Popped into Logan's (Fultondale) on the way up to the AEW wrestling event in Huntsville. They use mesquite wood for their steaks! Outside of Texas mesquite joints are hard to find! Mesquite is my favorite grilling wood! I was happy they had a 12.99 Wed Special. The 6oz Center-Cut Top Sirloin, 2 sides and a drink! For 2 extra bucks I could sub a draft Miller Light or Bud Light. I opted for the draft. Although they were out of Miller Light, they let me sub a Michelob Ultra draft instead. The steak was outstanding! It was one of the most tender steaks I've had. I was able to cut it with the side of my fork. The seasoning was fantastic. I ate it super slow so I could savor it. It was a truly stellar steak. I wish I would've ordered the larger one for 2 more dollars! My sides: Mashed potatoes and Roadhouse Rice. The mashed potatoes had skins in the mash! I love it when a restaurant does this! Seasoned well. Cream gravy as an option is super important to me. The rice was simply seasoned. Not the star of the show but a solid accompaniment. I put some cream gravy on the rice as well. Rolls: Ample amounts of rolls and delightfully whipped spread to go with it. We had a lot of questions. Our server was still getting acquainted with some of the menu specifics. If she didn't know the answer, she went and found the answer. Kudos. She was always smiling and very attentive. The other folks in my party loved there food as well: A good-sized cheeseburger with some extras added to it. My other friend got the Grilled Chicken Salad. The App: Our server told us about the Logans App. I signed up and got an instant $5 off as for signing up!

My daughter and I went for dinner. I really enjoyed the booths within that didn't feel crowded with other guests. All of their staff were great, especially our waitress. We enjoyed our meal, but the prices didn't match the portions.
