The atmosphere was amazing. Made reservations for 2 seated in a timely manner full of hospitality. Our waiter was the true all star of the place. Hudson took very good care of us. He stayed on points with drinks, made great recommendations and overall just a delightful person to be around that really added to the ambiance of the place. Our food was absolutely delicious especially the dessert with that key lime pie. I would definitely come back, also much credit also to an additional waiter that brought out our food. Just so cool and respectful. It’s just great vibes and energy in this place. I recommend Hudson if you can pick your waiter when you go here.

Enjoyed an evening out here recently. I made reservations and was seated as soon as I made it in. The hostesses were very pleasant. The waiter was super attentive and friendly. Great service! I had the Spinach Con Queso as an appetizer and the Steak au Poivre for dinner. The Lemon Martini was enjoyable and the extra that came with it on the side!

Came for our anniversary and had a great time! Had 6:45 reservations and were seated immediately. The server was very polite and allowed me to swap fries for potatoes as a side. Very romantic atmosphere with the real candles on the table. My steak was cooked a perfect medium, pink/red all the way through with no gray on the outside. My husband’s port was also amazing and had a wonderful sauce. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and we topped it off with a fresh warm carrot cake! I normally always go for the chocolate option but it was too good to pass up and I don’t regret it! The slice was huge and we could barely finish it between the two of us. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

2025 review - great food, fine dining experience, nice atmosphere…..service was also excellent. Didn’t break the bank. Don’t forget about this tried and true steak house chain.

My husband decided to come here for a date night and it did not disappoint! Our waiter Hudson was amazing. He was on point with drinks, answered all questions I had when it came to the food. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great! Will definitely be coming back.

On February 22, 2025, my group had reservations (3 different reservations for a party of 7 and under). Our reservations were planned at the start of January. A couple of days before, only one of us received a follow-up call, so I called back to confirm reservations for the others , and I was told that the reservations were still on as planned. With no need to be in an uproar, a total of 19 women arrived at the restaurant 30 mins early. Once we made it, we were told that 1 of the reservations was not on the schedule. The 5 young ladies plus the manager had no care or decided not to hold themselves accountable for messing up a reservation that was placed in advance. Our arrival was at 5 pm, one of the reservations was set for 5:30, the other for 6:30 and then the last at 7pm. I know the times were weird, but that's what we were given. The young lady who booked our time slots told us that if we were to make it early, they would accommodate us as a group. THAT WAS NOT WHAT OCCURRED. Not only did we get humiliated by the hostess staff, but the manager kept waking away without a care in the world. When asked if he could see who took our call, we were told yes, but again, management disregarded the entire process. They were able to seat a total of 16 of us but told us the remaining would have to wait, so since J.Alexander could not accommodate us all, they didn't get the opportunity to wait on any of us. It's so much more that happened in a matter of 30 minutes to 1 hour that it is just ridiculous. You have lost 19 faithful customers.

Loved our steak dinner with blue cheese and stuffed potato. The ahi tuna Asian salad was also delectable. Our server was delightful and the ambiance relaxed elegance.
