Ruth's Chris Steak House

Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary there and got the 2 for one tomahawk steak with 2lobster tails and two sides. Do not touch the 500° plate!!!! The waiter told me several times but I just had to see how hot the plate was and it’s hot to touch like they said it would be. Malik was our server, he did a great job as well.

While our initial few moments at this establishment were very lovely. Our server was personable and congratulatory as we were on our honey moon. About ten minutes in, the server spilled champagne on my husband’s outfit. She and other servers, bussers, went into action getting him napkins but it was the full flute. The manager came to the table, made a joke and, we feel, half-heartedly asked if there was anything he could do anything do. My husband was fuming but remained polite. The spill got on our keys fobs, inside his wallet in his back pocket, not to mention he was wet down to his underwear in 30 degree weather. We stayed and had dinner, which was delicious. We ended up with a bill amount that we expected, but nothing discounted from establishment. I have had managers at chain restaurants offer a lot more for messing up a lot less. Not looking for freebies or to go steaks, but when we make mistakes, we do what we can to make it right. We know she was sorry and understand accidents happen, but had that not happened, the evening would have been perfect.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at dinner for her birthday. I reserved on the app and included it was her birthday. They had birthday treats on our table and even put a candle on dessert. The waitress Stacy was great. The food taste amazing and when my wife ordered her steak medium it was served medium. The only complaint was the guy in the middle of the room I notice checked on everyone else in the restaurant bit never came to our table. I like to say when the staff is going over and beyond but he never visited our table. Looked our way but never cane over. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely be going back.

We arrived late and they still made sure we were taken care of and they didn’t rush us or anything. They also made such good recommendations on the food and drinks, our server Tori, was definitely THAT GIRL💅🏾💜 All the staff was so kind and welcoming, I loved and enjoyed my experience there!

This is not somewhere that we would bring our children, because the vibe and atmosphere is very quiet (we were basically whispering to each other). The prices were high but the quality of the food and service honestly made it well worth it. We were greeted instantly by our server Caroline with an offer of water and anything to start with. We let her know it was our first time and we would need a moment and right away she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items as well as a few of her personal favorites which we really appreciated. The food that we ordered was very fresh, hot, and flavorful. I am not a seafood fan, but my husband is and I appreciate that the lobster to the lobster Mac and cheese is not mixed in but instead it is placed right on the top so I was able to still try it, and it was amazing! The steak is seasoned to perfection and it was cooked EXACTLY as we ordered it. We will definitely be back.

I always look forward to going here. Johnathan is the absolute best. My husband and I really enjoy the atmosphere and overall feel. The food is amazing and always cooked to our liking. The price is up there but worth it. They now have a happy hour at the bar which is nice to get your night started. We go for business and pleasure. Looking forward to my next time.
