Ruth's Chris Steak House

My first time here and enjoyed my experience! First, the atmosphere was very Richmond, with classic traditional decor and a cozy fireplace. I felt like I went back in time, in a classy way. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the hostess to the bartenders and wait staff. We sat at the bar. Ordered drinks pomegranate martini, barbecue shrimp and chopped salad. The cocktail was perfect and the food was superb. Highly recommend and would most definitely return.

Our date night was simply amazing! Haven't been to Ruth's Chris in some time and husband's first time there - it was nothing short of amazing! Kailey our server was great, confident, and well versed in what they offered. Every dish was well prepared and taste great, so compliments to the chef! Worth every penny spent, and the ambiance was so classy and dinner perfect. The salmon and shrimp with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were pleasing to the palate. Loved that they had a large wine choice, especially sweet options, and our fav Aqua Panna water!

I took my fiance here for his birthday and everything was perfect 🤩 food was seasoned DOWN the vibes was amazing and our sever Isabella I hope I spelled her name correctly she was Excellent ‼️ thank u for a wonderful experience.

Steak had no flavor and the medium temp steak was over cooked. Lobster Mac and cheese also had no flavor. Very bland food and underwhelming experience. Will not be coming back and do not recommend. Elisabeth, our waitress was amazing.

Great dinner experience. Ruth Chris on Christmas weekend, can't beat it. The steak was cooked to perfection. The piano player on a Friday night set the mood. Would highly recommend. Our waitress Colleen was great as well.

I have visited Ruth’s Chris many times previously and have always had great experiences. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed in our experience. The service was extremely slow (we waited for our check for ~30 min). Our dinner for 2 people took 2.5 hours, with lots of waiting in between courses. In addition, my meal was brought out incorrectly. However, the food was excellent once I received the correct meal. The main reason for my disappointment was due to the fact that the restaurant did not have a baby changing station in the bathrooms. I have never been to a restaurant/public place that did not have a baby changing station. This meant that during our $300 meal I needed to walk out to the parking lot to change my child in the car. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. I brought this up with our waitress and she said she would speak with the manager. The manager never came over. Next time we will visit a restaurant that is more accommodating.
