LongHorn Steakhouse

This place is always a MESS - literally. The three times I have dined here, it looks like this. Dirty uncleaned tables, floors, bar area, etc. The phone rings loudly off of the hook during the weekends when you’re trying to enjoy a peaceful meal. No one seems to want to answer it. Very unpleasant dining experience every time. It feels unclean and numerous personalities are unpleasant. I think this place may be severely short handed OR in need of new management.

I used to go to Texas Roadhouse. In all honesty I now believe that longhorns is the best. The stakes have been cooked perfect the longhorn wings are better than most any other wing place. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. Enough so that I even had conversations with the tables next to me.

Longhorn is my favorite steakhouse Periodt! I really enjoy the service every time I visit. My preferred order is the Outlaw Ribeye steak cooked medium rare, with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The only reason I’m giving this review a 4 star is because my steak had a lot more fat than I expected. I will most definitely revisit and highly recommend

I placed order online at 639pm, a NY Strip/mac&cheese, salad…not a big order…I got the text message at 715 to be in the curbside…I had to go and get in the counter; kid was holding my bag while talking in the phone, 739pm….not a great service. I gave them 2* because steak was properly cooked.

Sat at the bar, as this place was crazy busy. Sitting at the bar got me the BEST Customer Service Ever! Britnee C, the bartender, was Amazing. Thank you for the exceptional service and the delicious food. I look forward to my next visit. Accommodating: Table 904, Check #45133: 01:28 pm, 7/15/2024. I had the French Onion Soup and Ribeye Steak; both were beyond delicious. Did I add Britnee makes the Best Strawberry Margarita? Of course, it's nothing short of a Long Pour. I am delighted that this may be my new Longhorn, even though I live a little ways away, close to Hull and Colonial Heights. All the Longhorns have been good, but this one Nailed it. Impressed, very busy on a Saturday evening, we were seated fast, explained to our server we only had 45 minutes to pick up family from the airport. They expedited our food, it was done perfectly.

I feel like the quality of the food has gone down over the last year or so. The restaurant is dirty. The floors are disgusting, as are the restrooms. The night we were there, the staffing levels appeared to be playing a part in the overall operational failure.
