I recently visited Firebirds at Short Pump Mall, and though we didn’t have a reservation, we were able to sit at the bar—and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. With Homecoming season in full swing, the restaurant was fully booked, but the bar staff welcomed us with open arms and truly made our night. The hospitality was second to none. The bartenders were not only incredibly professional but also warm and friendly. They took the time to engage with us, sharing details about the menu, offering thoughtful drink recommendations, and even taking a moment to chat and laugh with us. It was clear they cared about creating a memorable experience for every guest, no matter where you were seated. As for the food—it was out of this world. Each dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. And the dessert? Simply divine. I could’ve easily eaten another serving. Even though we hadn’t planned to sit at the bar, it felt like the best seat in the house with the excellent service we received. All in all, Firebirds delivered a top-tier dining experience, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

I went to Firebirds with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. We wanted to order from the Happy Hour menu, which is only served at the bar or the patio. That was fine with us. I ordered the Prime Rib Sliders, and my friend ordered Steak Tacos. We both had wine. The food was delicious! Our server, Tori, was great. She was friendly and efficient. We can't wait to go back.

The food was amazing, starting with the deviled eggs topped with jalapeños. The waiter was very attentive and did a great job providing excellent customer service. The food was hot and flavorful! The ambience set the tone for a great meal at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill! I recommend this place but please make reservations beforehand because this is a popular place!

An extraordinary place with a wonderful atmosphere. My choice is Steak, salad and of course ice cream. The prices are acceptable and the service is excellent. The food is delicious

This place never disappoints. I got the salmon and mashed potatoes. My salmon was cooked to perfection and my mashed potatoes were creamy and tasted amazing. The service is always amazing. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and they accompanied everyone very well. Would recommend this place if you're looking for good quality food.

For lunch and dinner, the meals consistently maintain high quality. While the brunch menu was appealing and the food tasted good, it didn't resemble the brunch menu pictures on their website.
