We were seated but we waited about 15 minutes before someone came over to take an order for drinks and appetizers. About 10 minutes later we got drinks and a total of another 20 we got our appetizers. We also did not get a bread basket until we asked about it later. The burger finally came over 35 minutes later. Gingerbread fizz: The drink was not what I expected and tasted like limes that were starting to turn bad. There was also a grey, hard fleck on my whipped cream. The only good part of the drink was the little koala The Bloomin shrimp: it tasted like it was covered in burnt crumbs and I couldn't finish it. It also did not come with Bloomin onion sauce as advertised on the menu The Bloomin onion: it also had a burnt flavor The burger: tasted basically like a Big Mac. Overall, the service was really slow and the food was disappointing.

The blooming shrimp was amazing! One of my dinner companions had the tequila flight and was so pleased with the selection that it was hard to choose a favorite. Even though we had plenty to eat, we couldn't resist the desert choices and settled on two of them to try. They were both outstanding.

So I ordered the shrimp appetizer and my server asked me what my 2 sides are. I said, "oh, it comes with sides?" She said yes so I chose my sides. When I was paying for my bill, I noticed that my meal was over 20 dollars and I asked her why when the menu said 14.99 then she said she thought I ordered the entre. I told her no I didn't and that's why I was shocked when she told me to pick 2 sides. Anyway, she got a manager to fix the ticket. The shrimp was good and my flight of margaritas were great.

Service was horrible! Absolutely disappointed. Shrimp completely dry(grillled) steak had no flavor , my baked potato looked old, celery was bad!!!! Not to mention there was hair on my plate and I had pointed it out to the server and she said sorry that’s all? I didn’t eat anything but a bite of the steak and some broccoli. I will never go back.

Update: We went back as a group. Had a waitress who was still in training. She was very good. We waited 25 minutes to get a table, despite many tables being open. We expected a wait, so this is not a complaint. I am guessing their staff was low. We sat at the table for 15 minutes before the waiter greeted us. We were ready to order, but he just took our drink order and blooming onion. In 15 minutes, our Blooming Onion was out, but no drinks, silverware or promised bread. Another 10 minutes and the drinks came, but they were wrong. When the waiter came back we asked for our correct drinks and silverware. The drinks again came wrong, but we just accepted them at this point. We werent given refills for over an hour when we requested them from another waitress. That was the only time we got a refill. I finally went to the hostess and explained we had been their almost an hour by then and no silverware and she asked our tables it could be sent to us. But eventually she just gave us silverware. At this point, we are starved. When the waiter finally took our order, his tablet died, so we ordered twice. No big deal. When the food finally came out it was cold. My steak was overcooked. My kids' steaks were undercooked. But my wife's steak was just right. Other than being cold, the food was decent. I ended with dessert. I got the new chocolate-peanut butter Tim Tam dessert. It was decently good. It was very thick and felt drier than most similar desserts. But it was just my first experience with it. I would recommend ice cream with it. While it was good, the chocolate thunder would be my most recommended dessert. I asked for a box at the end. I waited over 25 minutes for a box that never came. Our waiter never came back and constantly checked if we had left, but didn't look long enough for us to get his attention. Our waiter gave another table a box who asked after us. Eventually we asked another waiter for a box. He agreed, but never came back. Finally, my wife tracked down someone near the kitchen and got a box right there. We noticed during the experience that other tables that sat after us and were gone long before us. Despite being forgetful and slow, our waiter was very friendly. While we did not have a good waiter, I am guessing issues at this location go deeper than 1 person. The whole experience from start to finish was just under 3 hours.

We came to celebrate a 31st wedding anniversary with friends and family. Aiden was our server and he was a pleasure. He was very professional, personal, funny, and polite. I even told him to tell his mom she raised a good son, and his teeth were beautiful. I group got a little too loud, but he handled it well. My husband and I were servers in the past. Therefore, we appreciate a good server. He is truly an asset to your company. Keep up the good work, Aiden!!!

I visited Outback and the food was absolutely amazing. From my perfectly cooked steak and flavorful broccoli to my delicious sweet potato, every bite was excellent. The cocktail drinks were also top-notch, making the experience even better. I have to give them a well-deserved 5 stars

It's wait staff and also tell me things about the big potato. If it would have been a twice baked potato I think that would have been better. The steak was perfect other than it was very thick and the bread was fine. The drink was terrible. It was just too strong, Saudi and sweet. It had a pineapple in it but it was just not yet for me
