I wasn't impressed. The service was okay but not good. The food wasn't that good either. The waitress brought our drinks pretty quickly. I thought the tea was okay but my son thought it wasn't sweet enough. It took a while to bring bread to our table and when she did, the butter was hard. There was no way it would spread. My son thought the Parmesan crusted spinach dip was good but the pita chips were a bit greasy. I tried it, but didn't care for it. I ordered the steakhouse cheeseburger but it didn't have much flavor. It was supposed to come with their signature burger sauce but I guess they forgot that step. I also had the steakhouse mac & cheese. It was okay. I really like mac & cheese but theirs was just okay, nothing to rave about. When the waitress took away my plate, it took her a long time to bring the check ( and the restaurant wasn't all that busy). It's doubtful I will return.

Our family had such a great time here with our Cousins Lunch. I have to be honest a few years back our family was here and the service & food were not good at all. They definitely turned our frowns upside down this visit! The waitress was phenomenal! She was on point with everything! It was a lot of us and she did a fantastic job! Her outfit was really cute & festive! I know the food was good because I forgot to take a picture 😫. I had the lemon garlic chicken with asparagus you have to try it. I also like to mention they do have a section Beyond the beef on their menu. I do not eat beef so this was a plus for me.

The restaurant floor disgusting that was a red flag itself, i order a stake didn't taste good at all. Server give us bread without any utensil. Then refill the drink once you have to ask for her.Do we feel didn't pay attention during the service at all. Steak was burnt. The fish was overcooked

The food was no disappointment 😋 me and wife certainly enjoyed our experience. I would rate a 10 if they had it on the scale seriously and the presentation was excellent. I had the new garlic chicken dish and of course my wife had a steak dish with Texas onion.

My family and I visited this restaurant on February 1 and had a horrible experience! My wife and I have both workend in the hospitality industry for years, so we're more forgiving than most, however there is a clear lack of management and organization. The restaurant was busy when we came in so we expected longer wait times. We sat at our table and waited patiently, so long in fact that I canceled my beverage order and we ended up just getting our food to go. The floors were filthy, silverware was dirty, and nobody had given the bathrooms any attention at all. Long story short, I'd stay away from this restaurant until they figure out how to properly manage a busy dinner shift. The food was pretty good though.

Our salad was hanging out of the box as and our broccoli was watery . I Will not be ordering from the location again as I am very disappointed at the presentation and portion of our food .

We had a very nice time at the Hampton Longhorn location. We came in when it opened and was promptly seated. We ordered the mushrooms and they were so good. Creamy and delicious. The bread was warm and tasty. The timing of our main dishes was perfect. We just finished our appetizer when it came out. Our meals were cooked perfectly. Steak was tender and juicy and ribs were falling off the bone. Fries were a bit salty though. The strawberry shortcake was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. She brought out extra napkins and to go boxes without us asking for them. Restroom was very clean as well.
