Overall good. Arrived at 8:48pm, hostess asked how many of which I advised her it was just me. The hostess promptly informed me that closing time was 10pm. Her tone was as if I was holding her up or something. Then she seated me. This was kind of off-putting as I looked up closing time before I even arrived and I also looked at the hours on the door. I promptly ordered my meal and drink, no appetizer, ate and expeditiously made my way out of the building as to not to hold up the hostess. I departed at 9:18pm. I believe she could use a refresher on making patrons comfortable to encourage sales, not hurrying people because she's wants to walk out the door at 9:45pm. I had the 6oz fillet with 2 plain sweet potatoes. Server and and food were good.

Typically, we like smaller local places, and stay away from chain restaurants, but they sucked me in with that shark attack drink. I saw it in my Facebook newsfeed, and it comes with a little plastic shark filled with grenadine. When you get the drink, you dump the red, blood colored, grenadine into the blue vodka drink, and it looks like blood in the water. Very cool. Your Burrito is a shark week enthusiast. The enjoyment pretty much ended there. The place seemed like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned since the late 90s. The food was also disappointing. I got the Alice Springs chicken, which is my normal order, but the chicken was tiny. Granted, I got the lunch order, but the chicken was tiiinnyyyy. Poor Dumpling was beside himself with his fried chicken sandwich. He did not like it from the start. The batter color and taste indicated that the fryer oil was dirty. I told him not to eat it, but he continued on to the RAW center. I had to watch him 🤢it up on the plate. Sooo gross, for him and me. The only redeeming quality was the super nice staff and the cute plastic figurines I got to take home. However, we are going to leave this one in the past where it belongs.

I recently held a 3 hour event at the restaurant and the entire team was amazing. Samantha, our waiter, was simply wonderful and it was simply a pleasurable.

This was my husband and I's second time here. We usually eat out early, but we were here around 6:00. The staff was SUPER professional and friendly. The food came within a short period of time and it was delicious! My husband said his 16oz. steak was a bit thinner than he's used to, but tasted very good. I got the Blooming Chicken. It was seasoned perfectly and the juiciest chicken I have ever had from any steakhouse. The price was right in line with other restaurants. We will definitely eat here again.

I want to say how pleased I was with our waitress Katy R at the Portsmouth Blvd in Chesapeake who gave such excellent service with a smile . She was hustling waitress bartender and dish washer for appetizer plates we needed . She needs a raise

Last night, my sister and I took my mom to Outback for dinner. Since there was a long wait, we decided to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, a little incident happened that put a damper on our celebratory moment. However, the manager and two bartenders were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we were satisfied with our dining experience in the end. I misplaced the piece of paper with the manager and bartenders' names, but I'm sure they’ll remember my mom. She's in her 80s, though she certainly doesn’t look it.

The owner manager came over and introduced herself as well as the district manager both thank us for coming in for lunch. It was my birthday and I was given a free desert. Great experience Khana our waitress made the lunch experience awesome. 👏

I just want to start off by saying, I obnoxiously came in at 9 pm when they close at 10 pm after work today and felt super bad but they employees immediately made me feel welcomed and didn’t mind that I came in so late.. I was out of there by 9:50 with to go boxes and to go drinks.. My waitress Lana O was so kind and helpful, as soon as we meet her we were greeted with a smile.. she was super thorough and quick while keeping a smile on her face the whole time.. we enjoyed her and will be coming back to see her again! She was very kind I wanted to make sure I left her a great review! Thank you so much for being a light in so much darkness you are so appreciated! Happy Holidays!
