Customer Review Summary
Smokey Bones Chesapeake receives high praise for its delicious BBQ, lively atmosphere, and attentive staff. Many reviewers highlighted the generous portion sizes, particularly for items like the pulled pork and mac n' cheese. The service stands out, with multiple mentions of friendly and efficient servers such as Netty, Sarah, Eva, Grace, Andrea, and Jade, enhancing the overall dining experience. While some guests noted long wait times during less busy periods, the quality of the food consistently impressed. However, there were complaints regarding a specific pickup experience at the Greenbrier location, which was disappointing due to rude service and cold food. Overall, Smokey Bones is recommended for its mouthwatering BBQ and welcoming environment.

Come on down to Smokey Bones. We were looking for BBQ and Smokey Bones delivered. As soon as we walked in the door you could smell the deliciousness. I would also say a great part of the whole experience was our attentive, courteous, and professional server Netty. She really made an awesome experience just that much better. I was amazed at the portion sizes for the children's pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork mac n' cheese could feed an army. The brisket was delicious and the sauces they had were tasty I really like the Chipotle BBQ and the plain BBQ as well. Don't be shocked

Had a great time at Town Centre Smokey Bones. Food was great and staff was nice. Can't wait to go back. Since I became pescetarian it is a little challenging eating at places like this. I usually get the same thing but it is always delicious. I ho because my family loves to go. They could use a few more options not meat wise. And the drinks were actually decent this time.

Smokey Bones is hands down the best BBQ joint I have ever been to. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, with a rustic charm that sets the perfect tone for a delicious meal. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of options, from perfectly smoked ribs to juicy burgers and flavorful salads. The food is always cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of smoke and seasoning to make your taste buds sing. I have never had a bad meal at Smokey Bones, and I have been a loyal customer for years. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. The drinks are always cold and refreshing, and the desserts are to die for. If you're looking for a place to enjoy some mouthwatering BBQ with friends and family, look no further than Smokey Bones. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. All of my interactions included Sarah, Eva, Grace, Andrea and Joey. Absolutely will be back, not only for the food, but also due to the great customer service.

Food was great. Wait was a little long even though it was empty. Maybe cuse they didn’t have a lot of servers. Overall food was great

This was our first time here. Everything was outstanding. Jade is professional, personable, patient, and attentive. She stayed on top of her section making sure that everyone was taken care of. The food was delicious, and the drinks were made just right.

THIS IS NOT THE BEST LOCATION FOR PICKUP! I figured I'd try a pickup order from the Greenbrier location since I've moved close by, but that was a mistake! The pickup young lady at the window was rude and not friendly and the food was not fresh; my potato wedges were cold and looked like they had been sitting under the lamp all evening! The ceasar salad portion was so small, it looked like they pieced it together and I could see the bottom of the container! The chili had big pieces of meat in it and didn't have a chili consistency! The only saving grace was the chicken, which was juicy and fresh!☺️ This was terrible for $72!!!
