Dennis Spaghetti & Steak House

Love their food is great, and ya can't beat the price for how much you get. My family has been going here for many years. We recently had my daughters baby shower there, and Dennis was so accommodating. GLloria was amazing she did an awesome job serving us all. I can happily say that the party went off without a hitch.

This afternoon me and my SO decided to to go here for the first time and ordered food at 6:45 and after waiting for a really long time she comes to tell us about how they burnt my shrimp and had to remake it so we waited more and more then she brings are food out and the shrimp and scallops are on the trey I assume the first burnt ones are on which does not look good at all then I asked for cocktail sauce and I got just straight ketchup and my mashed potato’s no joke tastes like chewed up paper not anything like potato’s what so ever they tasted like they smelled my corn was really brown and kinda tasted old and my boyfriends spaghetti was extremely greasy we would have complained and asked for a send back but she never came to check and ask how the food was we sat there waiting for 30 minutes after being done for her to come around the corner and across the room ask if we want boxes we say sure just one and she takes another 5-10 minutes then brings the boxes and the check still without asking how the food was she gave us no chance to ask for a send back until after it had been over an hour of waiting after bringing the check I tell her about the potato’s and she offers to replace them but again we had been there for over an hour already so I said no and ended up getting a cheese cake slice. We were not offered a refund or a discount. And when brining it up to the guy checking us out he tells me to just send it back very aggressively. Not sure if he was mad at us or his team but it was not welcoming at all and when I told him about the mashed potato’s and how long it took hopeing for a discount he said literally nothing besides send them back but how can we send them back if they server took 30 minutes to check on us ended up paying $60 for the nasty food and terrible service a waste of time

We are regular customers for breakfast on Sunday. Food is good, service is good, wait staff is overwhelmed because owners need some serious classes in management. We sat for 15-20 minutes to be waited on while waitresses are too busy cleaning dirty tables instead of taking our order. Restaurant should employ a bus boy/girl. Restaurant losing money because we & others are walking out the door. Common sense tells you that customers come first and not dirty tables. Plus the wait staff is not well organized in terms of which areas they are servicing. They are running all over the place. Very, very poor management.

It's was nice. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in any hurry. My husband got the spaghetti and sausage. I got the steak. The spaghetti plate was huge and well worth the money. My steak I got wasn't the best. Over cooked, no flavor and not tender. Over all it's really a nice place food and atmosphere. Will be back.

Clean, quiet, not busy the day I was there. The food (Spaghetti and Meatballs) was excellent. Huge portions! First time there. Won't be the last. Great family restaurant.

Was less than expected. Lettuce on salad bar was brown. Mashed potatoes were inedible. Grilled chicken was gross. Crabcake was decent. Service was abysmal. Had to go find server every time I needed something, drink refill, boxes, check. Hard pass.

I do not know how this place got 4.4 stars. Absolutely disgusting steak with tons of gristle ice cold baked potato. Margarine instead of butter. The soup salad bar were decent. The waitress couldn’t recommend any cocktails nor tell us what liquor she had. What a horrible experience.
