Excellent dog friendly patio and food. The fire pit kept us warm and the complimentary sourdough bread loaf was very good. I had the salmon salad and the fish was cooked perfectly ( I like it well done ) and my husband had the chicken sandwich with baked potato which he raved about. We ate here two times in a row. I also tried the ribs one night which is a good deal because it comes with Mac and cheese and I got to pick another side in addition to my salad. Our server Brandon was great and very attentive and got our orders correct as we are picky.

This was our first time visiting the State of Utah, and this place located in St. George, gave us a cordial welcome. The food here was impeccable and definitely fine dining, but reasonably priced. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious salad and she ordered delicious and smoky ribs with fries (I did sample a bone and it was fabulous). I ordered the fried green tomatoes topped with crab meat and a mayonnaise based cream sauce with a balsamic reduction, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also had one of the most flavorful and tender Sirloin steaks I have ever had. I usually order a New York Strip, but the cut of Sirloin that I had there ranked in that same category. St. George was a day trip, but the Steak and Rib Chop House is about to make us come back and visit for a few more days. Yes, it is that good!

Had a great time with my main guy (Floki, they are dog friendly!) the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed which was made apparent by her initial cold demeanor but she warmed to us as our dinning experience continued.

Food was ok. The 36oz ribeye was significantly small. I’m quite sure it was closer to 24oz. Prices are too high for the small portion sizes. Mac and cheese side was laughably small. Servers weren’t very friendly.

Reservations do not mean they have your table ready when you arrive. Everyone with a reservation was waiting for an hour or so to be seated. I know it was a stressful situation but one of the young hostess had a little attitude when asked about wait time. The food was good but it’s nothing special just over priced. Star goes to our server. She was great. Won’t come back tho.

Believe the low reviews! We went thinking that surely it wouldn’t be that bad. It took a few minutes to get a table despite no one being ahead of us. We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks. They didn’t taste horrible but they were too sweet and we couldn’t even taste the alcohol. We also ordered the salmon Caesar salad and the bison chili/steak/french fries. The chili wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything exciting either. It was the best thing we ate actually. The steak was flavorless, no seasonings were used and the fries tasted old. The salmon was completely charred on both sides and tasted purely of char. Our server even admitted that she thought it looked like it was overdone but gave it to us anyway. The romaine lettuce was limp and the dressing was bland. Eat somewhere else.

My husband had the meatball sandwich for 18:45 it had burnt meatballs but he never wants to complain so ate half, likes to have ranch dressing to dip his fries in but they make their own so he couldn't have it, I tried it and it was terrible tasting! I had the 7 oz sirloin asked for medium, it came nice and hot with some juice around it. The steak wasn't very tender for over $26 and when the juice was gone the steak was dry with no flavor! This is my fourth time and there was always something bad! So this is my last time going there!

We decided to give Rib and Chop another try. The last visit was 4 months ago. We waited over an hour for our food and had a very ornery server. This time, we sat in the lounge while the service was better. The food was absolutely terrible. We ordered the 16oz ribeye, and the mushrooms were the best part of the whole meal. The salad was beyond disgusting. The scalloped potatoes were bland and tasteless. It was a good thing for the many drinks to drown out the fact that the food wasn't worth it. Won't return.
