My waiter ashley was very knowledgable about the menu and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend getting the bison steak if its in season with mashed potatoes. Carrots and sauteed mushrooms and onions. And the seasonal chocolate and strawberry cocktail was delicious like dessert in a cup. We made no reservation on presidents day weekend and was seated right away upstairs which had nice views of downstairs. Free surface parking lot. Food can be cooked by yourself on a hot stone or by the kitchen. Their big thing is cheese or chocolate fondues as well. Total bill for two with three drinks was $150.86

Top-notch food and exceptional service. I had my first chocolate fondue at this restaurant, thinking I would need the sugar for Zion the following day. MJ was the waitress. She went the extra length sitting down with me to go through the menu. Her recommendation was flat iron steak. It was not only cooked perfectly to my liking (medium), but also so well-seasoned that dipping into the steak sauce would be unnecessary. It was a rare occasion that I did not even throw a small chunk of meat away (seamless cut and chew). I didn't expect MJ to prepare the fondue for me (dark chocolate). The plate was overloaded with sweets and fruits. It goes without saying that I took half for breakfast. The walls are decorated with paintings and photography showcasing Utah's rocks and wildlife. Definitely come and try it for yourself if you have the chance to spend a night in St. George. Be warned, come for the steak and you will smell as such 😉.

You must try Anasazi Steakhouse. We enjoyed the New York Steak, filet mignon, Avocado Salad and the chocolate peanut butter fondue. Every bite of steak was perfect because you cook your meat on a hot rock at your table. We will definitely be back next time we are in St. George.

Oh man! I just fell in love with this place tonight! It was our first time here, a friend referred us and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was amazing 🤩 Jessica helped us navigate a great menu. I was also blown away with how soft the buffalo stake was. Chocolate fondue 🫕 was the perfect 👌 dessert.

Porterhouse difficult to cut, new York side was tender and we'll flavored. First time cooking on a hot rock. Our waitress seemed distracted, no particular ambience. Very reasonable prices however! You can't get a Tito's martini at any other restaurant for $8!!!

The steak is very well seasoned and the Toblerone chocolate fondue was very good. And they bring a platter of good things to dip in the chocolate. They bring the steak out seared then you cook it on a hot rock. I got the NY strip and it was very good.

Our server was good but hostess who seated us was not. Even with reservations we were sat at a table with the sun in our eyes with no coverings to block the sun. We asked if we could move tables as it was not at all crowded and she said “oh the clouds will probably block the sun in a while”. She finally agreed to sit us at another and table and then disappeared. She did not come back so our friend we were with went up front and we finally got another table. The meal itself was a disappointment. Two of us had the ribeye and it was very tough with lots of gristle. We had to ask for sharper knives to cut it and even then it was hard. The two others in our party had the filet. The filets were good but not excellent for the price. As other reviewers have mentioned, the sides are very small portions and unremarkable for the price. The rolls were flat as though they had been smashed, the potatoes were good, the salad was just a small handful of greens. I guess you are paying for the experience of cooking your own meat but the restaurant needs a remodel or at least a refresh. I never leave reviews but wanted to warn others what to expect, especially for the price.
