Customer Review Summary
The Cheesecake Factory receives mixed reviews across various locations. Many patrons praise the delicious food, especially popular dishes like Chicken Bellagio and a variety of cheesecakes. The service experience varies, with some customers encountering waitstaff issues, including inattentiveness and delays in service. A few diners faced problems with their orders, such as cold appetizers and unsatisfactory food presentation, leading to disappointment. Despite this, the ambiance and seating are often highlighted as appealing features, though some locations tend to be crowded, suggesting the need for early visits or reservations. While most reviews reflect a willingness to return, a few experiences were significantly negative, particularly involving cleanliness and food quality. Overall, while the food quality and dessert selection are frequently lauded, consistency in service and food presentation appears to be a concern.

Went were visiting the mall and stopped in here to eat. It was super busy, and we were crammed in next to some rather loud people, which made it a bit off-putting. The food was amazing, and it came out in a reasonable time frame. Our server was not on top of his game. He spilled stuff and wasn't the most attentive, but we still enjoyed our lunch. The dessert was amazing as always. Restrooms were kind of a mess and needed attention.

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Salt Lake City! I ordered the Chicken Bellagio, and my partner had the Spicy Rigatoni Pasta—both dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, even though it was quite busy, which made for a smooth and enjoyable meal before heading out to see The Book of Mormon. I’d recommend making a reservation so you don’t have to wait—we did, and only waited five minutes for our table. Overall, it was a lovely time, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hear ye, Cheesecake Factory citizens! I have returned from the land of carbs and cheese to tell you of a meal so delightful, it might just live rent-free in my mind forever. Our adventure began with the legendary check-in process. The kind gatekeepers foretold our wait time with an accuracy that could make an atomic clock jealous. And then—oh, the thrill!—we received the sacred text. It was our time to shine, our time to walk through those golden doors and sit upon the comfiest of chairs. Truly, seating fit for royalty. First, we were blessed with the nectar of hydration (known to mere mortals as water) and a basket of bread so warm and soft, it was like biting into an edible pillow. Naturally, we wasted no time ordering the holy duo: cheese pizza, perfectly gooey, and BBQ chicken, smoky and saucy in all the right ways. Friends, the food danced on our tongues. Every bite was a sonnet of flavor. And let me tell you, we obliterated those plates with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for Black Friday sales. Evidence of our conquest was undeniable. We eagerly await our next journey to this culinary temple, ready to decimate whatever masterpiece they put in front of us. Five stars. Would recommend. Long live the Factory of Cheesecake!

Fantastic cheesecake, but I did not like the coffee. Atmosphere is top notch. Only had cheesecake and a big glass of milk 😋 the banana cream cheesecake was delicate and slightly sweet. The Adam's was perfecty peanut buttery. It's way better than a peanut butter cup.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Cheesecake Factories all over the US and never had an experience like this one. We were seated promptly and it is a beautiful restaurant, but once seated, it was about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged after being passed by numerous times. Thankfully the waiter we had apologized and said our waiter was late. We were glad he offered to get us drinks, but I was afraid no one would come back that when he asked if we were ready to order we did so quickly. It was a bit of a wait for our food. It was lunchtime and not super busy at this point. We had bread, so that was great. I ordered salmon, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. My husband had cashew chicken. When my entree came out I literally was given a huge stalk of broccoli with a few leaves still attached. It was rock hard and warm on the outside and cool in the middle. I doubt I could have cut it. The salmon and potatoes were good, as was my husband’s food. I told the waiter and he did offer to give me a substitute, but at this point we were ready to eat and go. Maybe it was an off day and they were short staffed. I’m grateful that our waiter stepped in to help us when we weren’t his table.

We enjoy this location and ambiance. It does get crowded in the evenings so go early. Egg roll variety dish was delicious. Both pasta dishes needed more veggies and sauce but I am a sauce and veggie girl so maybe that was just me.

We normally go to Fashion Place location and always have a good experience. This time at City Creek was a horrible experience. First, we ordered appetizers and our stuffed mushroom was served cold. We told our server and they happily replaced it with a whole new order served hot. Then, as I was about to finish my meal I saw a bug crawling on my plate. Everyone in our party had lost our appetite and couldn’t finish eating and didn’t even want to take the rest of our food home. The manager stopped at our table and apologized and took my order and the stuffed mushroom off our check. They tried to make things right but we left pretty traumatized and definitely will not want to come back to this location.

--I did gave another chance, (the pictures without the whipped cream on it was the new purchased not any better than the one with cover mess). Never again, a waste of time and money. The manager on Saturday night Nov. 2nd, with a bad attitude. I shown him the picture, he say that is how it suppose to look like. I told him that Cake suppose to be for it look. He just brushed me off. This is a very poor management. How does this guy got a job here and even at the management level. please look at this tiramisu, is this normal? this was not found in the garbage. I pay for it.
