Food quality varies, with some dishes praised and others criticized for being overcooked or poorly seasoned. The ambiance is consistently described as beautiful, fairy-tale-like, and well-decorated, particularly during the holidays. Service experiences differ; some guests commend the valet and waitstaff, while others report issues with table assignments and attention from servers. Popular dishes include calamari, brussel sprouts, and lasagna, but some entrées were deemed overpriced relative to their quality. Food is good maybe 7 out of 10 but the host’s arrangement is bad. at least 4 tables with room are empty the whole time (in our section, there were more roomy table in other sections) the host had to give us a narrow table by the wall, with no room and staff door next to us… After I asked to change a table, she put us to another narrow table, by the wall again. When we ate, our elbows had to squeeze into our body to cut food. And at least 4 couples (2 people each table) were having roomy tables. They dressed up similar to us. We were the only couple had a tiny table and by the wall. I’m unsure if we had 2 bad runs of table assigned or I’m the only Asian in all these couples, so the host put us by the side. The place is so well decorated and you know tried to impress and to give a great time to customers, which is very nice. And that’s why we were recommended by our buddies to go. We valued it. The valve parking staff provided awesome service. He ran to get our car after we came out. He didn’t have to. So nice of him. We do like the restaurant deco and the valve man.

Everything was just perfect here. Can't wait to come back. We loved the Christmas Atmosphere. Hope you decorate for Valentine's weekend because we will be back. Anne deserves high praise as a waitress never had better service.

Gorgeous atmosphere and great food! We celebrated Valentine’s Day on the 13th and it was great to see they were fully decorated. It felt like we were celebrating on the real day. The Paso Robles cab was fantastic. We loved the fried green tomato appetizer— that was the star! The lasagne and spinach linguine special were great too. We were too full for dessert. Overall it was a lovely romantic evening and definitely worth the price.

I want to give this restaurant 3.5 ⭐️ the ambiance is beautiful, it feels like you’re in a fairytale cottage but I have concerns with hit or miss food. Came for my birthday with a group of girls, Appetizers: Calamari 4/5 very tender and good flavors was not expecting it to be heavily battered but the texture was nice! Brussel sprouts 5/5 very good maybe our favorite dish here can eat 2 plates or these! Entrees: Salmon 1/5 overcooked and fishy. Dry and was not good paired with straight peas. Maybe if the peas were pureed into the sauce it would be better. Rigatoni: 2/5 two of my friends were not happy with this dish as one had too much chicken and the other did not. Rigatoni was elbow pasta, got dry quickly and overly seasoned with rosemary to where it was just too bold. Both friends did not finish this dish. Lasagna: 4/5 probably the best entree ordered and was a solid lasagna! Beautiful, Saucy, meaty and cheesy. Mussels: 4/5 didn’t taste too fresh but the sauce made up for it. It was nice they did make their pasta fresh in house daily though! Drinks: none of the cocktails were smooth but was strong which isn’t bad but slightly overpriced. My friend did enjoy her dirty martini and olives! 4/5 Dessert: we all decided not to get dessert as the entrees were lackluster and went somewhere else for dessert. After we paid the tab and were about to leave I think the waitress forgot it was my birthday so she gave us the birthday dessert super late. The 6 of us didn’t finish the birthday dessert either. Service was decent but the overall consensus was that the food was overpriced for the quality and underwhelming for a fine dining restaurant. I would come back for the brussel sprouts and the ambiance which is beautiful and unique! Perhaps we went on a bad day.

Short version: good food, nice staff, fun to try but I don't know if I would be a regular. Long version: the restaurant is very fancy. Valet parking, nice environment, more high end food options. The food itself was good. The pear and arugula salad was great. We had the lamb shank that tasted good, very tender, and good size portion. The fillet was also good, with a good cook and flavor. The potatoes that came with it was not our favorite as they had a very strong sage taste that detracted from them. The calamari appetizer was okay. Not one I would get again as it was a little too chewy and could have gone for a crisper exterior. The staff was good not the best we have had but not bad in any way. Overall it was good. But I don't know if it a place I would go back all of the time.

It's so classy and welcoming at Tuscany! We loved the experience from the interior decor to the unique glowing menu. We ate the duck & noodles dish with a bread pudding and crème brûlée for dessert. The flavors were exotic & unique. Duck does taste wild and was fun to try. Thank you for your attention to details and kindness while serving us!

I haven't been here in years so it was wonderful to come back during the holidays. The food... Calamari appetizer was literally the BEST calamari I've ever had. Rather than chewy, like most places, it was soft, tender, amazing, and urgent) comes to perfection. Not to mention the spicy Aioli shopping sauce. Amazing! The spicy seafood putanesca did not disappoint either. I don't like mussels or shrimp and that didn't matter. My partner finished them along with an amazing meatloaf that gave both of is leftovers. Now... If you have never visited during the holidays, you've never seen how amazing this place can be. The environment and decor never disappoint, but the holidays STEP IT UP. The only 'less than perfect' thing of note was the service. It WAS the holidays... That said, if our waiter wasn't ignoring is when we needed it, they well over chatted when present. Both my partner and I found the interaction awkward and looked for an 'out.' when you start talking insurance... The conversation WAS over. That said, it didn't overshadow the experience, but it certainly didn't add anything. Try the calamari, meatloaf, and putanesca...definitely during the holidays....the pictures don't do the in person justice. The Mark Eaton 7 for chocolate cake can feed us own army. Along with the 3 shops of ice cream... It also gave us leftovers

PLUS: FREE VALET SERVICE! AND LIGHT UP MENUS! HOW WONDERFUL! Beautiful dining area/decor, wonderful service, & amazing service! I can’t wait to come back again. We got the wood oven lasagna and the double cut porkchop. The lasagna was good but the edges were too hard for me to truly enjoy it. However, the porkchop was absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to visit again with my boyfriend!
