Customer Review Summary
The rolls with special butter are highly praised, but ribs and grilled shrimp lacked flavor. Service issues arose with forgotten appetizers and a wait for food, compounded by an inconvenient seating area. Steaks were consistently well-cooked across reviews, with one waitress receiving specific commendation for her service. The restaurant has an efficient check-in system and is noted for its prompt service and good dining atmosphere, particularly in one location. Some negative experiences were reported regarding food quality, especially in a quick lunch scenario, with concerns over portions and pricing. Overall, the restaurant is often described as having great food and service, with many expressing a desire to return.

The best things there are the rolls with the special butter. Ribs were soft but no sauce and flavor was just okay. Shrimps were grilled but it tasted like it had little to no seasoning. Cesar salad was good.

Not such a great experience this time. They forgot our appetizers. When our food came, I had to ask about the appetizers. We got the impression that the server forgot to get them ordered. The side dishes... The carrots didn't have the inedible tops completely cut off, and those sections were kind of black. The *loaded* baked potato wasn't really loaded this time and had a big black spot in it. Additionally we were seated right behind the employees putting people on the list, which was near the door, so we were chilled the whole time, along with it making our food cold. Their music is always too loud, but we expected that. I can at least say that the steak was very good.

Steaks were cooked perfect. Jake was awesome, friendly, and polite. This has to be one of the best locations to dine at. Rolls were a little doughy but we didn’t come here for the rolls.

I was pleasantly surprised by the establishment's rapid influx of customers shortly after its opening at 15:00. The culinary offerings were of a good standard, and the service was exceptionally prompt. Notably, they also provide a convenient To-Go window.

My daughter, wife and I went out tonight (Sunday 6:45p) and decided to try a new location. We did the call a head and got in, in about 5 minutes after we checked in. They have a great check in system. You walk in and they have person standing at a podium and have two lines and a waiting room to sit. Once they call you up, they have you stand in the "on deck line" . Very well organized. Once we got seated our waitress, Crystal come out very quickly and got our order. I got the 12 oz ribeye ($22.99), my wife got the smothered chicken ($15.49) my daughter got the 6 oz sirloin with shrimp ($20.99). While we waited for our food to come out they brought out the all you can eat roll, our salads and drinks. Crystal was amazing, we never once had to ask for drinks or rolls. One of the best waitresses we've had in a very long time. We recently went to the one out on 106th and the atmosphere is so much better here. Music isn't too loud and you can actually hear each other talking. The service was exceptional and the food was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going to this location from now on. Overall this is a great food, great experience and great service, we'll definitely be coming back.

This place is so good! Best rolls and butter on the planet! Amazing steaks and sides and the best ranch I've ever tasted in my life!!!

We were seated quickly for being a very busy night. Our waiter was awesome. He got our order in quickly. So quick in fact that our salads came out at the same time the drinks did which was only a few minutes after we were seated! Our food was really good. We shared some tater skins which were cooked perfectly (none were burnt which we have run into at other places). We shared the Road Kill. This too was cooked just how we asked.

Went in for a better-than, fast-food lunch. Had some lettuce with a nasty breaded piece of chicken comparable to a small spicy chicken from Wendy’s. Save yourself the trip. Quality has gone to a sad state since Covid. The new location across the street is obviously more in rent because I had to beg for ranch so pinchin’ penny is back on the menu boys. The uruakai got more meat on lord of the rings.
