Sizzler

It wasnt very busy when we walked in. There was no line but we stood waiting for a cashier to take our order for a bit. We placed our order, paid and we were seated in the dining room. We had the Salad and hot bar added to our meals so we started with that. Great salad bar selections but the hot bar food wasnt even hot. The chicken wings and tenders were not even luke warm. I informed the server and she told the manager who checked the steam table and found it wasnt working properly. So they made fresh chicken to put out. Our orders came out looking great. The Trio Plate was fine but the Sizzler Skillet steak was so tough, they had to replace it with a different cut. The staff was very attentive to the problems we encountered. They fixed what was wrong and we appreciated a visit to the table by the manager.

The food here was just awful. My son ordered ribs and they were dry on one side and fatty on the other. I had the salad bar which was okay I guess but the taco bar was terrible. The beans were ashy looking and the meat had a pretty gross taste to it. The service was good though. The waiter was really great and he just zipped around the place helping everyone. We complained about the ribs but not like a "Karen". I was extremely polite about it. The manager Josh was wonderful and came up with a resolution for the matter. He gave us Sizzler bucks to comp the meal. This was the Sizzler on Redwood Rd. by the way.

Steak was full of fat, mashed potatoes were rubbery. Fruit was wilted and the ice cream machine was broken. Total for 3 of us was $80. Won’t be eating here again.

boy this place is gone downhill lately. I had the super sirloin steak which is supposed to be one of their top menu items. The meat was just not there, it's like it's watered down or something it doesn't have any kind of significant flavor. The only thing I really tasted was the charcoal. I guess you just have to drown it and steak sauce. It's really unfortunate the first time it came out it was way undercooked so I have to send it back and then it was overcooked. The waitress forgot my steak sauce so I had to ask for that twice. overall it was just not a very pleasant experience and I would not recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised with our entire experience! The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back!

Service was great our sever checked up on us every few minutes. That was nice of her. Some of our food was okay. The burger was delicious. All but one steaks was supposed to be well done for my kids, but it came medium on the inside and burnt on the outside. Salad bar food was good we all like it. Overall food was ok Service was excellent.
