Outback Steakhouse

Went for a birthday dinner on a Monday night. The food was delicious! Except for they made a mistake on my wife's hamburger (pictured.. after being picked up). We ordered no mustard and somehow got only mustard. Maybe a miscommunication. Other than that the service was on par for a slow Monday night. I'm giving 3 stars as the meat portions were suspiciously small. You pay full price, but doesn't look like you get the full 11 oz sirloin, it looks small. The $35 chimchurri fillet (pictured) was delicious... Just not enough food. You can see from the photos it is much smaller than the potato. Good thing there free bread loaves.

My server was friendly, but not overly attentive. My food came out in a timely manner, which I appreciate. The mashed potatoes tasted good, but the presentation of my meal fell flat. My steak didn't have much flavor, not much of a crust, and the quality of the meat was very mediocre.

I ordered food for pickup and unfortunately the steak salad was not very good. Not only did it not have blue cheese crumbles but you only get four pieces of steak. The picture shows seven. I ordered it cooked medium rare and it came well done. It would absolutely not recommend this Steakhouse Salad at all if they are going to either omit ingredients or outright mislead the customer as to the amount of food they're going to be receiving. So I basically paid $22 for five small pieces of steak. Salad is so cheap it's basically free.

I got the Queensland chicken pasta, and we shared a blooming onion among our table. The pasta was good. Nothing to fancy. The chicken was well seasoned. The blooming onion was a little on the greasy side, but all in all, it tasted great.

I hadn’t been here in a while and boy has the quality gone extremely down. The steak was drier than my nanas elbows. The loaded baked potato was basically just sour cream and the mac and cheese had an off flavor and was super dry. For the price you could get way better.

All the food was great. The chicken was a little too spicy the ranch dressing was also a little too seasoned. But I have to say Tony our waiter was amazing, he made the experience worth it! He was so kind and helpful even moved us to a bigger booth to help accommodate my mother in law with her oxygen. Also was super kind to her and her every picky need! Tony deserves a raise or more responsibility, he is one of a kind person who seemed to actually care about us. Hope we get to see him again way to go Tony!!!

So disappointing. Kept hearing how great this place was. Steaks were so tough couldn't eat them. My dogs couldn't eat them. Looked like cows chewing their food. And the "salad" was lettuce. A few half tomatoes and a half dozen croutons. For the money, go anywhere else.

Steaks are put on the grill before reaching room temperature and are seized, tough, and chewy. Plus they have no real seasoning. This restaurant covers up low quality ingredients and methods with sticky, sugary sauces like A1. They do not change the oil enough or it’s very low quality oil and you can taste it on everything they fry. The mashed potatoes are quite literally bottom shelf instant potatoes. I will not ever go back. I can only hope they change their ways. Somehow the restaurant had a wait and full parking lot. That is less due to the quality of the food and more due to the extremely low standards of Americans. We need to do better. SMDH…
